    At least the bed was comfortable.

    Description of included amenities did not match what I experienced. A/C was probably partially broken and loud at night. Bathroom light did not work and there was obvious untreated water damage on the walls. Never staying here again.

    We stayed in the newer section of the property this visit and the rooms were much better than the older part of the property, but the water pressure was terrible! It took 10 minutes to rinse the shampoo out of my hair

    The water pressure was way too low. Someone stayed Friday night with a horse trailer and no one ever cleaned up the mess all weekend, so we had to smell urine and feces all weekend.

    The room was nice on inside

    The staff, the service the drugs, had to go to Walmart to buy towels just to get a shower for the funeral I was there to attend, went and ask for towel still could not get it was an awful experience

    There was A Creepy Worker in a Room with a Boom Box and Lights on Door Drinking and standing outside Door 2 Doors Down from where the Room He showed Us 🤬

    When I booked Room on Booking.com I called Rodeway and Requested a Bottom Floor Handicapped Room The Clerk said No PROBLEM THEN WHEN I CHECKED IN AND PAID FOR ROOM HE GAVE ME A KEY TO ROOM 234 I told Him I was Handicapped And Needed a Bottom Floor They don’t have an Elevator He said He didn’t have one but gave Us a Key to Room 134 Real Close to Worker Playing Music Loud on Boom.Box I tried to Cancel Room but He said Call Booking.com We ended up Driving Home 117 Miles to Outside Blanco After 2 Hrs and 3 Booking.com Agents I got the Agent to Cancel Room He said He Would Email Road way But They Needed to Refund Money So We Payed for a Room that We couldn’t Use Because I’m HANDICAPPED I CALLED ROADWAY Yesterday and asked to Talk to Manager but Same Barely Legible Clerk answered phone and Said Manager wouldn’t be in till Monday CAN SOMEONE AT BOOKING.COM Please fix This I can Pay Something for Cancelling Room but It Wasn’T MY FAULT THAT I’m Handicapped And I Didn’t Use or Stay in Room Please Email or Call Me Llano Baumgartner 830/499/0030 THANKS

    Location was good. Best that is in the area.

    Needed to be kept cleaner. Breakfast ends at 9 on Saturday. He did let us get a cup of coffee as the coffee maker was missing a part so I couldn’t make coffee in room.

    The saying don’t judge a book by its cover fits this so well! The rooms were really nice clean and up to date. The staff was great and welcoming with any small issues that had came up.

    Lots of outside bugs like crickets but is to be expected with location.

    Holes in the towels, the bathroom door wouldn't close, tv channels were minimal, the mattress was on a metal pedestal, and made clanking noises with every move. The 8.3 rating is clearly false.

    Dirty, sink wouldn't drain, locked us out of ice room before we checked out. Had problems with the key not working well.
