I was in the room familiar with this property. I knew where the location was and a new actually how nice the condo was previously. Is very well kept my kids loved it maintenance had definitely took the time before my arrival to make sure everything was up and running including light bulbs and garbage disposal we had no issues with toilets bathtubs anything. Which made the state very very comfortable. House cleaning definitely did a good job, as I am familiar with how these units are rented and that there are guests in and out, I'll emphasize again a housekeeping didn't excellent job as well. The local office and there was one time I did have to reach out to the corporate office but it wasn't for anything negative, were they perfect example of what guest service should be and always should be. This day in this vacation was a 10 out of 10

Coffee maker doesn’t have an automatic turn off. When we got home from all day skiing we noticed that coffee maker was still on and very hot. Everything else was very nice!! Thank you!

There was accumulated dust and dirt around windows and especially on the back porch. A thick layer. Very strange. Couldn’t use the area. There were no brooms for us to use. Really no cleaning supplies at all. Big rug stain which has been there for years.

The hard floors were swept/vaccumed but did not appear to be washed; socks got dirty fast, and we do not wear shoes inside. The outside top patio was not cleaned at all, had lots of debris and dust. Sauna was not very hot. The tennis courts are actually pickle ball, not tennis on the surrounding nearby property, a couple of tennis courts but further away. And pickle ball was not included with the pass, even though it is listed right on the pass because we did not order through the resort directly but through booking.com.

Spacious house, kids loved it! Laundry was a nice plus. Nice full kitchen with everything in it. Great maintenance response. Inside was visibly clean. The SHARK pass was great allowing unlimited use of the pool area. Lots of trails for walking and biking.

Again prefer a much firmer mattress. Only thing I would want different .

Someone called me to see if I was able to enter ok . They called just as I made it to the room . They helped me enter with the code and gave me the lockbox number for the key as well. I thought them assisting me get in was outstanding and very much appreciated. I prefer a very firm mattress so that’s the reason I downgraded the bed . Someone else might like softer . The pillows and bedding were great …..no complaints.

The living room carpet was filthy. All carpet needs cleaning. Coffee grounds in the pot upon arrival. Super cheap toilet paper, tissues and paper towels.

poorly kept unit, beds are not made properly, towels in the bathroom were still wet.

when we opened the door to the condo you can smell this distinctive smell of an old unkept unit. We noticed right away that the bed in the master bedroom was not made correctly. It actually looked like it was never made after the previous guest.

Major grease fire in the bbq. Probably not cleaned in a year. This is inexcusable!. . Outside windows need to be cleaned as they are dirty and covered in bird poop. If your fridge has water be sure to keep up with changing the water filter as our water filter said it needs to be changed along with the air filter. We had to buy bottled water as the water had a funky taste to it. If I’m paying a high price to stay here for 5 days I expect things like this to never happen.

The property is absolutely gorgeous!

The floorboards in the upstairs bedroom or so bad that it’s almost impossible to sleep in the downstairs master bedroom

two separate bedrooms with bathrooms, and a nice living kitchen area in the condo. It was central to the village.

Broken dryer, took long time to warm up. No instructions how to lock the door with the keypad. Dated property.
