pools were closed , parking garage was closed very few parking places, so it was very difficult to find parking. beach access was a little bit difficult.

The unit itself is adorable and well maintained, the view was nothing less than amazing. The only downfall is the building that is housed in is pretty rundown, no amenities, unsecured and had a funky smell. Parking was about a block away, and a little sketchy.

It wasn’t close to walk to things of interest and due to the hurricane the pools were out of commission, which was fine since I wasn’t interested but you can’t even go out the back to go to the beach. Walking all the way around the front and side isn’t convenient. The owner can’t help it but aggravating none the less. So that being said, I’m glad we went for the night and weren’t going for a beach trip. The room is clean and plenty space for a little family.

It was very disappointing that the resort amenities were closed. It was also obvious that they have been closed for 2-3 years. The view from our balcony was very unsightly with green filth growing in the pool, weeds & vines growing all through the patio area. The pool & patio are being closed made it very inconvenient to get to the beach. Whatever dues is going on regarding repairs needs to be settled, and should have been a long time ago. You are not thinking about you guest and the reputation damage it is causing the resort.

The only things I didn't like have to do with the building itself, and since this is a private listing has NOTHING to do with the room or owner. The outdoor and indoor pools were closed, and looked like they may have been for a while. The back doors were locked and stairs blocked off so to get to and from the beach you had to go the long way around the building. The washers and dryers were broken on both the 4th and 2nd floor. But again, these were issues with the building and totally out of the owner's control so not their fault in the slightest!

The condo was beautiful and I loved the decor. The owner (not the hotel/building) provided almost everything you would need for the beach including a beach cart and sand toys. The room is literally right on the beach and I loved standing out on the balcony in the mornings and watching dolphins go by. We had a slight scare with the AC and I sent a message to the owner thru the app and got a response almost immediately even though it was later. Owners were very kind when messaging. I loved this place and wished we could have stayed even longer.

I’d like to see the pools up and running again but I did know ahead of time that they were down for maintenance.

The view is perfect, the beach is not overly busy and had easy access to loungers and umbrellas. I like staying in a place that has a full kitchen so we can cook some and not have to eat out every night. The condo itself was beautiful and well kept. Oh and the beds were extremely comfortable!

I want to clarify that the host is great and helped us with any issues we had. But the staff at the desk and the security are rude, sarcastic and shady. The only major issue we had and many had this week was parking. If you’re not sure where to park make sure you talk to someone. The reserved spaces in the lot are not for you and your parking pass. Security waved at us when we parked there then had us and several others towed. I was able to get the cost back from booking.com but spending half my morning chasing my car down instead of getting ready and eating before my event was not fun. I’ve never had my car towed from anywhere before I came here. Very misleading signing. Use the public parking in the street if you can’t find an actual space. That’s where I had to park every night I was there. As a side note I’ve heard this is only a problem during big events like Rockville or bike week. Just be prepared if you show up at a busy time. Outside of that it’s May and all of their pools are still empty and dirty. We were down to one elevator on the third night. People who stay regularly say the elevators are always an issue. And they sound like they’re falling apart when you do use them.

Good location for getting to the speedway. View from the room was nice. It’s clean, beds are comfortable. The host who rented it to us is very nice and helpful. The host really takes care of the unit and it’s very nice. You just have to look passed the building and staff.

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my experience during my recent stay at your hotel, as I believe it’s important for future guests to be aware of the current conditions. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we noticed construction signs all around. As we walked into the lobby, we were greeted with more signs indicating that all amenities were closed due to ongoing renovations. The overall appearance of the hotel felt outdated, with significant cosmetic damage throughout the property. Additionally, we encountered several issues during our stay. The air conditioning units were not functioning properly, and there was a persistent smell of mildew and mold in the hallways and lobby. We also noticed extensive water damage, which was quite concerning. Although our hotel room appeared nice, the door was falling off the hinges, and the air conditioning was barely working and had an unpleasant odor. Unfortunately, these issues were not mentioned on your website, and we were not prepared for such conditions. I highly recommend advising potential guests that the entire hotel is currently under renovation, as this significantly impacted our experience. Based on what we encountered, I cannot recommend staying at your hotel until these issues are resolved.

Had to keep the noisy humidifier on.. Build.ing was in bad repair. Pools were out, gym was closed, the parking garage was closed, and he only way to get to the beach was to walk around the front. Paid for all thoe amenities but where not available.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The conveniences were plentiful (pots, pans, appliances, etc). The host was amazing! We hope to come back next year.

The only thing about this room I did not like was the floors. The hard floors were beautiful but always felt sandy. You HAVE to wear something on your feet if you dont like feeling stuff on them or if you dont want to get sand in the beds. Would definitely suggest to the host some easy, clean rug runners between the beds and from the door to the living room.

Loved the view! The space was beautiful and clean. Enough room for a family of 5 to spread out comfortably. Having a kitchen is very nice. Bathroom, very spacious, clean, and had everything you needed. Beds super comfy, couch was compfy. Host provides bath towels and beach towels, and beach chairs. There is plenty of storage for a long stay. Property has two pools (during our stay pools closed for repairs). This room had everything we needed. We loved it!
