Breakfast started at 7:30am which is very late for wanting to get off onto the road. No microwave in the room. Ice machine in lobby was broken.

If there was suppose to be a hair dryer, I never found one. We could hear the people upstairs when they walked around their room. Walls are pretty thin here. New updated bedspreads/quilt would go a long way.

Loved that they partner with the restaurant across the street for a discount on your food (which was excellent!) The staff there were very friendly. Like that a microwave and refrigerator comes with the room.

We paid for a room with a 3rd bed and did not get it. Since we were a late check in we had to get out key across the street at another hotel and it wasn’t worth going back over.

The staff was very unfriendly. She acted like it was a bother to check us in and she was not happy that we had booked the room through Bookin .com The room was very outdated. It needs remodeled.

This location is just off the interstate easy to get to. It was clean.

Friendly, big room for family and dog. Free coffee and donut in the morning. Got lucky with a ground level room and parking right outside our door. Also, plenty of towels provided.

They closed the office extremely early. I arrived at supper time and had to go to another hotel to check in. I was given 4-6 different cards to my room, none of which worked. I had to keep traveling back and forth with my car between the hotels. I was so tired after a long day of driving and was practically in tears by the time I finally got to rest!! The clerk said she’d come to the room to help me with my key, but she had people stacked behind me each time. I had to wait for all of them each time and she never did come. Eventually they gave me another room. It was basically clean, but loud noises above me. I wouldn’t stay there again.

This was one of the worst nights we have spent in a motel/hotel. The ceiling seemed to be paper thin as we could hear people pacing the floor all night long. Parking was not close to our room and very hard to get to for older folks. The price we paid for what we received was outrageous. The one cup coffee maker was missing the holder for the coffee.

Poor access to upstairs units. When you have a family and have to carry everything upstairs It would be nice for the hotel to at least have accessible stairs without walking through the grass and around other buildings.

The rooms were horrible my daughter and I didn’t use the showers cause the were nasty and the beds were definitely wore out and been used many time.. just all around bad experience

The grounds were in terrible disrepair. Overgrown weeds everywhere. No breakfast as expected. No pool - was just left uncovered and filled with rotten waste water. AC was barely functioning. Paid in advance without being able to cancel otherwise would never have stayed here. Restaurant to eat was out of almost all food.
