There are a couple of things I will note so that it's a fair review for anyone thinking about staying too. This in no way would deter me from returning or recommending it to someone, but I will be honest. You can not flush toilet paper in the bathroom. This is clearly stated in the description and instructions. So if that bothers you, you might prefer somewhere else. I didn't mind. I did bring extra bags just in case. I threw my paper in the trash and tied it up, and threw it away. The other thing I will note is that the tile in the home does need to be replaced. There are some tiles that are cracked and some that are loose. I can feel it toggle when I step on it. I'm sure at some point, the owner will fix it.

The garden is beautiful and very well taken care of. Every corner of this garden was just so detailed and amazing. To walk out your door and see this makes the stay so special. Every time you turned a corner, there was more to see. It's just beautiful. The tiny house was so cute. It had everything we needed. There was a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable. There's nothing I didn't like about our stay. I will definitely stay again. I've already recommended this spot to my friends and family. I also want to note. I left my necklace at the property and contacted them. They found it in the home and are making arrangements to return it to me. I really appreciated them organizing that return for me. This was a really special stay.

I loved the location and the gardens. Very beautiful and tranquil areas, surrounded by many local Homestead attractions (markets, plant nurseries, restaurants etc.). It was very easy to find.

Heavenly get-away close to Everglades and Miami

Nothing was bad. The only things that could have been even better would be a solution for throwing out the used toilet paper frequently, maybe a trash can with a lid or multiple trash bags so it's not open inside the bathroom. And we suggest a little guide what areas in the garden there are to use and when there are other people present.

The tiny house had all we needed and the garden area is just heavenly. During day times it's an active area with workers present but in the night you have the whole garden for yourself if there are no other guests. It was perfect for our visit to the Everglades and for spending nice nights in a peaceful environment.

    Great gardens - bad accommodation

The property is very special, and beautiful. (Almost everything else was disappointing) > Smelled strongly of harsh cleaning products, made it uncomfortable to stay in the house > Dirty underwear found in the bedroom drawers from previous guests (picture attached) > Heavy machinery construction right outside the window past 5pm, this took away from the peace and quiet > House generally felt a little worn, things like the couch fabric being dirty with stains Overall disappointing experience, not worth $180 for 1 night (But I would recommend visiting the gardens in the daytime, a lot of effort has been put into the space and it’s a unique attraction in Homestead)
