Bathroom could have been bigger.

The room was very clean, liked the TV’s in each room. Nice kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable.it was close to restaurants and shopping. Right off the interstate.

The key card didn’t work for the exercise room. Had to be let in.

Requested shuttle to airport for pickup at 4:45am but was told the shuttle driver said we didn’t need to leave that soon and that we would be picked up instead between 5:15 and 5:30. In actuality it was nearer 5:30. The airport was packed with lots of soldiers and other passengers. The line was very long. I totally regretted we weren’t picked up at 4.45 as we had requested.

The AC didnt work the best on the very hot days could not get my room to a comfortable temperature.

Breakfast was good, parking was good, location was good close to many things. Overall hotel was good and the staff were friendly.

The pool wasn’t heated, neither was the hot tub. A heater had supposedly just been replaced but I was there 3 days and nothing warmed up.

The location was ideal, the staff were flat out wonderful, and the rates were very reasonable.

The chairs for our kitchenette table were very dirty. Other than that, the rest of our suite was clean.

It was a good location .. easy to get to all the attractions. Our suite was nice, lots of room. The breakfast was good.

I did not have any bath towels in my room. I got out of the shower to just a hand towel. The maid said they had run out of towels.

I live the spacious clean room.

We were out for breakfast at 8:30 and everything was gone for the morning. We checked multiple times and none of the hot menu items were ever refilled. Also all the fruit options were empty as well. It's basically cold boiled eggs, oatmeal, or toast... Please do not advertise that you serve breakfast until 10 AM and not replace items for the crowd that doesn't eat at 6:30 AM...

Booking.com messed up my reservation and did nothing to help remedy the situation. Next time I will book directly with the hotel.

Breakfast was ok. Room was comfortable. Booking.com did not reserve the room that I had paid for from their website. The hotel was full, but the staff managed to get my family into a room that had enough sleeping space for my family.

The cutlery was old and mismatched and could do with changing. No tin opener and the coffee machine was broken.

Great location, just off the I-90 and near a large shopping mall. You'll have to drive to get to the historic area though. Includes a breakfast.

They could've replaced towels and checked the toilet paper daily and and the coffee. The breakfast was very disappointing.

Location was excellent, price was good, bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was lacking. Pay this much for a room you should expect breakfast to be great. (Pancakes, sausage, pastries, no eggs, no bacon) we decided to just go to Ihop which was close by.

Room was outdated. Dirty worn furniture. Breakfast area was not kept clean and supplies/coffee not filled. Paper toweIs for hand washing were out. I mentioned all of the above to the front desk person but apparently that was something she didn't do. She would have been able to see the desk if anyone came up and needed anything. She didn't seem to be too busy with anything else.

This isn’t a huge deal, but I was looking forward to having a sofa bed in case I needed to get away from the snoring in the bedroom. The sofa bed is probably what I should’ve expected. Very thin mattress. It would not have been comfortable for an adult to sleep on. Not the end of the world as I brought earplugs and that worked just fine. If you do plan to use the sofa bed, you will need to ask for sheets and a blanket. There were several extra pillows in the cabinet.

Central location. I liked having a separate bedroom. There was a full refrigerator, dishwasher, small stovetop, dishes, and a few pans. Air conditioning worked well. Curtains were heavy enough to keep light out in the morning. Room was very clean. There were two TVs. One in the sitting area and one in the bedroom. They were both large flat screens. Complementary breakfast was nice. They had some pastries, bagels, muffins, yogurt, boiled eggs, sausage and biscuits, waffle maker, juice, cereal, and yogurt. Breakfast goes until 10 AM which is nice. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant. They do not enter your room to clean. If you need more towels, you just put your basket outside the door with the dirty ones. You can also ask for anything else you need.

Location was great because we had to get on the interstate to go to our daily destinations so it was very convenient.

First night’s stay in suite was depressing. The main tv didn’t have power. Water was leaking from somewhere in the kitchen area. The bathtub water faucet had a steady leak that you couldn’t turn off. When we tried to leave the room the inside handle fell off. Kitchen overhead light needed replacing had an almost constant blinking going on.

Clean and spacious hallways and lobby as well as breakfast area. We were given a different suite the second night and it was great. Everything worked and we enjoyed the short amount of time that was left.
