Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesDogs should be required to be on a leash, got on elevator told young lady I was scared of dogs and she just laughed and stated he wont bother you. except for picking the dog up so I pushed the elevator open and got off. Fitted sheet had stains on it I feel those sheets should be disposed
location, friendly staff, hot shower, comfy bed, happy hour I visit Jackson often and was very displeased with my last stay. I got a response on my review to try again so I did. The front desk staff was very nice and when I told Tonica that I was trying it again because my last stay was not good she immediately apologized and got room upgraded.

United StatesI liked everything about the property. Especially the fact they had plenty of handicap parking. They had someone going around cleaning up the parking lot every day.
The property was well maintained. They serve a good hot breakfast every morning. They have snacks in the lobby during the day. They serve an excellent hot dinner at night. You can't beat that. It was delicious. The staff are friendly and the evening desk clerk, Velma with Housekeeping, and the security guard who went out of his way to help me get through the doors and into the hotel with the cart when it was pouring rain. I checked down on a Sunday evening and left on a Thursday. I had a sweet and the bed was so comfortable. They had room dark and curtains which I really like. I just can't think of anything derogatory to say about Prada. I will definitely stay there again when I go to visit my friend in Madison Mississippi.

GeorgiaStayed for one night. Overall a good hotel, though slightly worn (some furniture shows signs of age — see photo). The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff were polite and attentive - I appreciated the complimentary dinner offer. I used the small gym; there’s also a pool, though I didn’t try it. Breakfast was reasonable.
