I likes the separate rooms and that it had 3 beds and a pull out. We have three boys and it was nice that they each had a bed to sleep in.

CanadaHubby said the hot tub (while large) was by far not the best he's been in. Few jets, jets positioned low. My mom is disabled and we travelled with her. The only problem we had for her was the bed was too high. She is not short, but she was unable to transfer herself from wheelchair to bed without a lot of help and without creating a fall risk. While I loved the hotel, if we're travelling again with a disabled person, I would likely not stay here for that reason.
Front desk staff were friendly and caring. The place was super clean. The breakfast was good. The windows opened! There was lots of rolling room for my mom who is in a wheelchair. Doors were wide. Curtains had reachable pulls.

United StatesAnything negative that I could think of saying would be far outweighed by all of the wonderful things we did encounter.
The staff was by far the nicest that I've ever encountered at any hotel. I also love that we were able to have our Aussiedoodle with us. We felt right at home the entire week we spent there. And as a bonus the hotel hosts mixers for the guests every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evening. They really do go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. I highly recommend.

Canadait’s starting to show its age. the room could use a refresher. bar stools need to recovered, the sofa bed needs to be replaced as when you sit down, you sink and hard to get up.
The one bedroom suite is the way to go. The social time with free food, beer and wine. Great coffee, good selection for breakfast.

Seems to need more housekeeping staff and better maintenance crew. The poor woman working the breakfast room was all by herself… one wlan cleaning tables was talking on her phone the whole time… seemed like there needed to be 2 more folks on staff for a busy holiday weekend?

CanadaShower was broken and patched horribly. Pullout couch in our room was stained, cushions were old and tattered. Chairs in the main dining room were all peeling and left flakes of fake leather all over my clothes. Hot tub wasn't hot.
