Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. One of double bed is old style spring mattress, making loud bang noise just by sitting down, initially thought I kicked the box below mattress every time, 2nd morning found out the one near AC is foam mattress, much better quality, but too late.

United StatesMain problem was the horrible dirty smell in the room that I have never experienced before. They had no air sprays because they stated guests may be allergic. However, the discomfort with not being able to take normal breaths was incredibly difficult after one night, so they offered me a cleaner and bigger room the next night. I was very disappointed with their cleaning standards, but appreciated the effort to correct my concern.
Nice and respectful staff. Good attempt to resolve issues. I appreciate their consideration to help. This is my second time staying there, and they have been consistent with the kindness.

NetherlandsThe last time I stayed at this hotel, there wasn’t a problem with the smell of our room. While I understand that the hotel allows dogs, our room smelled like wet dog. Not great. We tolerated the smell for our one night stay and had the air conditioning on to make it less smelly. If we stayed longer, we would’ve asked for another room. It didn’t help that the room had carpet and probably absorbed the bad smells over time. The carpet should be taken out.
The location was convenient to everything. Staff were friendly and the fitness center was good.
