I didn’t like how hot the hallways were, and the lack of a nearby emergency exit was concerning. The layout was so complex that it almost felt eerie at times. There was a bar on the fourth floor that was closed, and several potential shop or restaurant spaces throughout the hotel that could really thrive with the right setup.

The property felt like a bit of a maze at first, but once you got the hang of it, it was easy to navigate. The pool was right on the main street, so you could watch people pass by which was actually pretty cool. I really enjoyed being close to every tourist shop and within walking distance to everything. Super convenient location! The staff was absolutely wonderful throughout our entire stay. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was giving directions, answering questions, or just offering a warm greeting, their hospitality really stood out and made our experience even better.

I liked the size of the room & that the restroom wasn't so close to the bed. It would've been better if the bed had been king-size.

The room was great, but it was very cold the whole night. I needed a blanket to keep warm i couldn't sleep. The halls & the elevator were very hot, unbearable & the jacuzzi wasn't working.

Elevator was very hot with no a/c. Some of the hallways were hot too no a/c in some areas. The pool they mentioned that is clean very morning but it’s not the water looks dirty. Housekeeping doesn’t come often to take out the trash or clean up.

The room could have been much cleaner. When we moved the mini fridge and pushed the sofa bed back to create a little walking space, it was obvious that those areas hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. We stayed for two nights and didn’t request a full cleaning service, but I did ask one of the housekeepers if she could take out the trash bags. She mentioned it wasn’t her assigned room and seemed somewhat bothered by the request. Eventually, another staff member came by to help. We also asked if we could get fresh towels, and we were told there weren’t any available. The housekeeper suggested we go down to the lobby to check if they had some there. I understand the staff may have been on a tight schedule—I’ve worked in a hotel before myself—but taking out trash and switching towels shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience to the guests or the staff.

I liked the accessibility of the parking, and the check-in process was fast and easy. The pool was also nice, there was enough chairs and tables for the guests.
