Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

self parking was very convenient, the walk to the room from self parking was also pretty convenient. Walgreens, Buffalo Wild Wings and chic fil an around the corner everything is walking distances. subway is open 24/7 inside the hotel. That area of the strip is also nice to walk around so many things to do. Barely needed my car, no need to uber around. Whole staff is very polite

CanadaRooms were spacious and very clean. Loved the kitchen. Shower pressure was great as well as the hot water. Beds were super comfortable. No smoking was a plus compared to most casino hotels. Excellent place to stay in Vegas near the strip. Would definitely go back.

United StatesThe bathroom sink had a clog that wouldn't drain. The listing was advertised as a suite and it was a studio. This was sufficient but when I added a day through the hotel they charged me for a suite. And I chose not to move rooms once we were in the studio, but was not refunded the difference.
I didnt receive breakfast. The location was good.

United StatesCons: Very long check in with only 1 person available at all 6 desks. Basic checkin takes about 15-20 min. After all that we booked a Jr. Suite but when we entered the room it was a studio. They tried to blame booking.com by saying they mislabeled it but we had the pictures posted on bookings that matched the jr. suite. They fixed it for us and had us wait in our studio for a bellman to bring us new keys to the new room- we had to wait an hour. We didn't get into the new room until 11:30pm. I called and requested to just pick up the key myself and was denied. The following day we requested coffee for the coffee machine - oddly they only leave one pack for a weekend stay. They said they were sending someone right up- they never showed the entire day. We requested room cleaned and the maid never showed. My husband went down to complain and we were assured they would refresh room and bring coffee- coffee NEVER showed up and the "refresh" was just dumping a couple towels and toilet paper in the bathroom . For as much as this place costs I would expect much better service. We came with 3 other couples and ALL of us were given the wrong room, hard to think it wasn't on purpose hoping we wouldn't notice. The day before checkout I requested a late checkout and told sorry we cannot help you until after 4pm so you have to call back. Unfortunately I wasn't available at that time and when I was no more late check outs available. With all the lack of response for us it was interesting that at 9:58 they were promptly at our door to kick us out by the 10a.m. checkout time. Customer service was the worst at any place I have ever stayed. Very disappointed.

United StatesThe person I dealt with in booking this was unprofessional, processes were severely outdated - and 100% against booking.coms own policies - and posed a data security risk in every single one of the 20 emails I got asking me for information they’d already received. Number provided for the property isn’t an answered phone number and 612 area code (Minneapolis). The entire time I genuinely feared I’d been scammed. Whoever runs this particular posting needs some help with professionalism and proper booking processes.

Good location just off the strip. No opportunity for room snacks or drinks but the room was spacious. We had a view looking south which was not much to see. All in all, an ok place to stay

United StatesThe room needs repair. The bathroom pocket door wouldn’t close, there were lightbulbs out so the room was dark. The bathroom sink drained very slowly and the bathtub panel was coming off. High pressure staff to buy in to the property as a time share marketed as a “welcome package”.
Location was great. Connected to Miracle Mike Shops so it was an indoor walk to the strip. Thought I could access the monorail at back of property, but that wasn’t the case. Nearest monorail stop is at Horseshoe or MGM. Security and staff all helpful.
