Friendly staff, nice pool, you could open the window, and an ample breakfast.

The furniture and lighting are dated, but the beds were comfy.

There was nothing that I remember that I didn’t like.

I had booked a room at this hotel through Booking.com weeks in advance, and I advised I would be arriving late, which was accepted by the hotel. However, when I arrived at about 10 PM, the staff on duty advised that they were overbooked (by seven rooms, I think) and they blamed Booking.com, but I suspect they had resold the room at a higher price. The staff offered no help to find a room at another hotel and said I needed to contact Booking.com for help. I tried calling Booking.com but got no answer, so I started searching myself and I finally found a room at another hotel at a higher price. The front desk of the hotel seemed very disorganized with piles of paper everywhere. Given the experience, I would never stay at this hotel, and I'm even wondering whether I can rely on Booking.com for future hotel reservations.

Staff was polite and very responsive at all times. The room was clean and spacious. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Location is simply great - with gas stations, eateries, even grocery stores nearby.

The breakfast was dismal, to say the least. Bananas or oranges would be a great addition - easy to eat. They had only apples - hard to bite into, for some ppl. And, they had only sweetened creamer. Regular 1/2 and 1/2 would be good. Not everyone likes their coffee sweet. Room - the toilet flush was a little problematic. Also, a luggage rack in the room would be good to have.

the room was very dated. beds were clean but the 2 pillows on each were very small and inadequate. double queen room only had towels for 1 person, but cups and coffee for 4.??? part of the frame on one of the beds was sticking out, but covered by the bedspread, and my friend hit it with her leg causing a lot of pain. (I didn't know motels still used bedspreads)

Easy check-in and check out service and that there was always fresh coffee and the pool was heated.

There's a no smoking policy, and you're supposed to smoke thirty feet away from the building, and yet people were smoking weed, and cigarettes right out front of their door

The staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Lots to chose from well balanced meal. Easy parking and clean cozy room.

Clean comfortable room just outside of Bend downtown area. Breakfast was great. It was a holiday weekend so most hotels were expensive - would stay here again no problem!
