Dirty and very unorganized. Staff unaware of things going on and causing drama. Unprofessional. Disrespectful even coming through the front door.

Roaches ! Saw them crawling in the hallway and in the room. This I can’t handle . People use this hotel as their home so they allow them to live there. Felt as if we didn’t belong because we didn’t do drugs. Everyone you seen seemed like they were on Meth, crack etc. roaming the halls, always crowding the front desk. Our neighbors ( and others) were always fighting and screaming, banging the walls. The lady across from us fell asleep cooking and her room caught fire. Not this first time this happened. Fire alarms always going off and someone always banging in somebody’s door. Also I heard the woman next door yell at her man talking about “ you better not point that thing at me again. What you think I’m scared ? “. So sounded like he had a gun. Was a very uncomfortable stay but we had no choice due to work. Again the staff is amazing they just need to only allow locals to stay short period of time, go back to non smoking and smoking rooms. The smell wasn’t all that great either

Lots of trash and dog poop in the halls. Smells like weed and poop. Not clean. Payed $84 a night for a budget stay but thats actually way too expensive for what I got. Not a single cup or any kitchen ware even though theres a kitchen. No soaps in the bathroom except tiny bar of soap. Was given the flattest, tiniest pillows. Loud and dirty.

Staffs were nice but doesn’t make up for the terrible condition of the place.

Property was in incredible disrepair. NONE of the doors in the building worked properly. The rooms were shoddily renovated and nothing was completed it seemed. TVs didn't work. The smoke detectors in both rooms didn't have batteries. Ice machine didn't work. Rarely was there anyone at the front desk. Air conditioner didn't work in either room. Broken mirror propped up on a wall in one of the room's bathrooms. Outlets that didn't work in both rooms. GFCI without cover in one bathroom. The property should probably be condemned.

Heavily smoked in room. My clothes and luggage were stained with the smell after I left and can smell it in my truck now. Very beat up, broken and patched everywhere in the room. Smoke detector ripped off and wires hanging, glad there was not a fire while I was there because I would not have been alerted. Bathroom door broken in half and patched badly, chair burnt and stained. Drawers of kitchen area peeling and water damaged or something. At first I thought price was good but not after I was acquainted with the conditions. They had said no refunds so to check things out first, however I was tired and ready for a shower. Slept with my clothes on and items packed ready to leave first thing.

The staff was friendly. The room, despite the many issues and terrible smell of smoke, otherwise showed that it had been cleaned. Toilet was clean, floor was clean, bed was clean.

I didn't like anything at all. After seeing establishment, worker and other guests, I now understand how horrific this place was

worst experience ever. took forever for anyone to come to front desk only to tell me they were overbooked and I had no room. I expect a full refund. this was my daughter's college graduation weekend and had nowhere to stay. horrible!!!!

Pricing could have been less confusing; their quote for pet fees was confusing. The main reason we did not stay was the staff. They were not very attentive and even seem irritated when asked questions. Also, when we left there were not any carts to move our belongings out. We had to carry everything ourselves.

Honestly, we didn’t like anything of the property. We could not get new towels or new linen during our entire stay. The reason was per the staff that she was in mobile and you only get one set when you first arrive and that is it. The property was disgusting despite people mopping, right as you walk in. There were a lot of drug users, loud music, dogs running through the property at night, etc. There are no non-smoking rooms so every single room was filled of cigarette smoke. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had.

The staff locked us out in the middle of the night. Then was clearly ignoring our phone calls until my boyfriend called the Kansas City location. It's also illegal to ask for proof of service animal certification.

Called to say we were a few hours away and was told they were getting ready to call me because there was no rooms. I explained I had a confirmation number and had booked 2 months prior. They said it didn't matter they had extended stay for someone. YOU DO NOT EXTEND STAY WHEN YOU HAVE CONFIRMED ROOMS BOOKED!!! I do reservations and know that is not customer care. We had to stay 2 hours away to go to the football game. NOT HAPPY with this experience.

Felt like gun shots might ring out at any moment. Rooms weren't secure. Dead bolt wouldn't engage. Homeless people were camping on property, and the property admittedly, voluntarily, repealed the no smoking policy. Don't stay here!

Price was right, but that was the only thing.

The place stunk when you went in when I got my room roaches were everywhere the shower was disgusting food stuck on the floor I'm actually looking for a refund... That place is very disgusting
