Better cleaning, instead of just surface cleaning. The room needed up dates. There was no breakfast, we used all the coffee in the room, but they didn't replace for the next day,or make bed. Was a bit disappointed.

The bed slept very nice. Room was big.

ive been comming here to this hotel for about 10 yrs now the last month when i stayed the rm wasnt clean&the totel seat was broke. & the mattress was hard like a rock. just stayed here on mon & the shower in a different rm wasnt working rt when u turn the shower on the tub would fill up too. its was a shit show not sure what is going on with these love the people but, something has to change. i did leave them a not telling them about the shower.

The arms of the chair in the room and the ottoman were very dirty but the room itself was very clean. The finish on the dresser was warped due to water or something wet sitting on the surface and a chunk was out of bathroom wall where the door hook had apparently hit it. There was no breakfast available which we would have liked to have.

The hotel itself was very clean but definitely could use updating. The staff were very friendly. The coffee provided was very good. It was a very good price compared to other hotels in surrounding areas.

The only thing i didnt like was the quality of the bed. It was literally the worst bed ive ever been on. We are both SUPER sore from how firm the bed was.

We loved how clean it was. And especially how clean the jacuzzi was in our room.

The bathroom floor was sticky. Needed cleaning and rinsing. We just used the towels to keep our shoes/ feet from sticking to it. The heater wasn't turned on. We got cold before we discovered it.

The person who helped us register was friendly and professional.

Sheets, showers, bathroom, all were certainly no cleaned well for a long time. Mildew in the shower. Carpet hasn’t been vacuumed . Even though turned all the way up the fridge was nearly cool. I slept on top of bedding in my clothing and skipped a shower as it was nasty!

Mattress was very uncomfortable. I like to sleep on the left side of the mattress and I almost felt like I was rolling off. Not a good bed at all

Bathtub needs to be caulked. Shower curtain bar holders are upside down, curtain won't hold on ends.

I told the staff that they needed to contact Google to correct their address- I don't think they took me seriously! Google maps led us to AmericInn, whose staff had to lead us to the correct location- inexcusable. The failing plumbing is unacceptable- sink faucet was broken. Although you could use it, the sink faucet could not be turned at all to change water temperature. The tub faucet was very fragile. The faucets absolutely must be replaced! The painting was terrible- inside and out. Their painters simply painted right over decades and decades of damage & holes. The stucco column outside was HIDEOUS and 20 years overdue for painting. Considering how cheap paint is, there are no excuses for such a bad appearance. Not to be stereotypical, but owners of Indian heritage don't seem to understand American standards for cleanliness or aesthetics! Lastly, the filthy dust on the hair dryer was a turnoff- housekeeping needs to be re-trained. This is not acceptable by American standards either. The only redeeming factor was the bed was comfortable and clean.

Location is perfect in Sturgis. That's about it.
