Not enough parking. The room smelled musky at first. The floor was filthy, not cleaned. Even after wiping the floor (in one spot) with a wet wipe it was still dirty. Had to get our own towels and wash clothes and give the housekeeper our trash.

The mattress was comfortable. Nice roll in shower for handicapped.

Mngement could learn to review cameras and need to get their noses ch3cked especially when seeing my fiance just come in from smoking a cigarette outside at the gazebo, but comes right behind him smelling smoke on his clothing then come asking to inspect our room accusing us of smoking in the room when obviously we were outside smoking it's right there on camera made absolutely no sense whatsoever so after we just got done unloading the truck we had to go right back and reload it again not even after 10 minutes of getting done unloading the truck. I was totally pissed off and they are way overpriced.

Nothing at all it was quite unpleasant. Only thing nice were the cleaning ladies they were sweet. Mngment is garbage. We will not be back.

The room was clean but they used such harsh chemicals that we were unable to breathe even after opening the windows. The tub would not hold water and the water was barely room temperature. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab.

Needs to be more modern lobby stinks and front area where the tv was looked like it was messed up leaning on the wall just so it can stand up missing some trim on the floor where tile meats the laminate flooring seen dead roaches in there and the tub looked like it had mold and wasn’t clean properly also refrigerator had a lot o hand prints and was greasy on the outside chairs by table are rusted and the cart to take ur luggage to and from the car is so hard to move don’t work properly will not be staying here ever again and there is no parking at all at night

The lady at the front MESSED ME OUT OF MY MONEY!! Said She said I was going to get a refund on the days I ALREADY PAID FOR IN FULL BUT SHE CLAIMED THE OWNER DIDNT GIVE A REASON WHY I COULDNT GET MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK!! I was asked to leave and I did but didn’t get my money back!! Don’t waste your MONEY OR TIME AT THIS BS HOTEL!! I’m at the Sure Stay in Port Arthur and the front desk receptionist and staff are friendly and communicate very well!

The bed was like sleeping on a cement slab. The staff were ok with the exception of the 1st shift desk clerk she was…difficult and I’m being nice.

Clean, quiet, rooms are good size. Their suites are about twice the size of a regular room. When I reserved a suite through booking.com, the price difference in a regular room& a suite was less than $100!!!!! Well worth the extra change to be able to stretch out, relax, have plenty of space. Kitchenettes have full size refrigerator, microwave & oven top. Had a little misunderstanding extending our stay, worked with the front desk staff. She was extremely helpful, patient & kind. The pool is nice, clean, fun

The side doors are broken and always open, very unsafe. The room…the walls have stains all over them, the walls in shower were dirty. Although the AC was on and set to 66 degrees the room was still warm. The dresser was missing a drawer. TV remote didn’t work.
