Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThe basement rooms are too dark. I recommend upgrading to 1st or 2nd floor. No fridge, charge $20 each day for crib.
It was clean, comfortable, and close to the slopes.

United StatesRoom had heating issues being too hot to sleep no matter how low thermostat was set. This an obvious known issue as floor fan is in the room. Baseboard heater never cooled down while corridors stayed cold. Only ice maker is on 3rd floor nowhere near basement rooms. For the price, rooms could have refrigerator and microwave. Also bathroom updates placed straight bar shower curtain too far inside the already narrowed shower due to making space for exposed sprinkler pipes. A bowed shower curtain bar mounted 2 to 3 inches away from current mounting would make shower more spacious and minimize attacking shower curtain. Lastly, when did elimination of hand towels become a thing? Face cloths are not woven for drying, quite the opposite.
Bed was firm and comfortable. Bathroom nicely updated with new tile on floor and walls. Complimentary breakfast and coffee all day is always greatly appreciated.

United StatesRooms were musty when we walked in, we had to crack the window open to let fresh air in. Decided to keep the window open throughout the stay because the room just didn’t smell pleasant. TVs are way too small to even enjoy watching from a distance.
Breakfast and location were acceptable.

United StatesEspecially awful service at the bar and particularly bad bartender. I cannot recall another place where a bartender service was as poor as there. I sat at the bar stool waiting for service for about 15 minutes. Others also sat and waited and some just left after not being served for a while. But, surprisingly, there were some patrons that had drinks. Having been disregarded by the bartender, I had to go and wait in line (yes, there was also a line for restaurant customers who wanted to get a drink - not sure why waiters couldn’t get their drinks), and after additional 5-7 minutes I was finally able to get a beer. The bartender also wanted a tip for service like that.
Generally, a clean property. Location is not the best, but three is a private shuttle to the mountain and it runs well. Some of the staff were really nice and helpful, but others were not so much.

United StatesEverything in the village is very expensive as you'd expect from a Ski Resort. From the water from vending machines to food in the restaurants, expect upcharges everywhere. The happy bar specials at Mulligans are good value though.
The shuttles made traveling between the lodge and ski slope very easy and convenient

United StatesThe price worked, but I'm at a loss for what "Delux Room" stands for. Zero extra space, no refrigerator, and no microwave. Two queen beds- were these even queen beds? Yes, it worked, but could have been much better. Nice staff and the place was packed.
Great location. We have been in the area many times previously. We were camping, and with the rain on Sat. this was a last-minute reservation.

United StatesThere was a hole in our screen and bugs everywhere in our room and the maintenance man came and duct taped it then the next morning when we went to take a shower it was ice cold. We took ice cold showers. We still have not heard from the manager nor have we received a refund for an inconvenience at the spa and they only gave us a $50 gift card. Even though he needed stitches. Very disappointed in this place will not come again
Convenience to everything. The hot tub us awesome.
