Out mattress in the Encanto room was a bit soft. We both had backaches.

Interesting property. Cute and full of fun and eclectic details. Staff was excellent and so eager to please. Breakfast choices were phenomenal and food was fabulous.

There was a breakdown with breakfast ordering which left a bad taste as we had planned breakfast and appointment to close thinking it was all set the night before when placing order for breakfast. Kind of important if you are staying at a B&B. Staff did their best making a quick breakfast. A text to guests may have made a difference since it was technically technology at fault.

The process for ordering breakfast was a little tedious. In the end we wrote our orders on paper and this was fine. And the actual breakfast was amazing!

Stone Chalet exceeded our expectations. We were absolutely enchanted by the place, with lovingly decorated rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The breakfast was amazing, with so many delicious options. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Ann Arbor!

The breakfast was amazing! The ambiance of the dining room was perfect. We loved it! The coffee was excellent and that is very, very important to us! The bacon was crispy, the fruit was fresh & chilled. Bravo! We loved the ground floor room. The Wizard theme was so well done! It was absolutely amazing!

Very quiet, cozy, and great location. Breakfast is delicious and healthy. I particularly appreciate the fact that there they try to avoid waste (of food and plastics), by ordering your breakfast upfront and serving everything fresh. With all the details and decorations, you can see the Love and dedication to maintain the entire place.

Ordering breakfast felt a lot like work - way too many steps, esp after driving more than 4 hours to get there. Also the ordering system glitches out if you are out of an item requiring guests to have to restart the whole thing. The fact that there is a YouTube tutorial for ordering breakfast is a bit much!
