The stove top didn’t work

I love the property except the stove top didn’t work which really sucks but overall I loved this hotel by far the best one I’ve stayed at

I didn’t care for the breakfast choices. It took awhile to check in. It was difficult trying to get a room on the first floor.

Pool was cloudy when we went to swim, our second room was not ready upon check in we had to wait 2 hours. Lighting above the bathroom sink was terrible, we don't need mid lighting we need a light to put on our make up with. You also need USB plugs for our electronics, there were none.

There is very little not to enjoy. My stay was short and I didn't get to avail myself of the outside facilities. The pool area is very nice having the seating to the side but the pictures on the website make it look a LOT bigger than it is. The pool is small, fine if only a few people are in it.

The suite is perfect for a traveling family, especially if you need to stay a few days or even longer. The small kitchen and living room really make this one of the best options I've ever seen for a family, or even more than one couple. Also, this was so quiet!!

Very rude staff. I called several days before to okay a late arrival so we wouldn’t lose our reservation and I was told it was okay because I knew there was a big concert and baseball game. Then the night we’re headed there I call to let them know it will be later than the original time I asked for due to road work and delays. They said that is totally fine we will see you then. We get there at 5:30 in the morning and I go to check in and tell them my name and start to check in, there were two males and a female there and the males must have been training and called her over there and she immediately got an attitude and I said I called at midnight to confirm it was okay for my late arrival and showed her the number I called and she says with a smart attitude “well you didn’t talk to one of us” and proceeded to look at the two males and said “did you talk to her” and “did you talk to her” and then says “I know you didn’t talk to me” because I said it was a male I talked to. Then she says “well we had to charge you for last night” and I said I understand I just wanted to make sure I didn’t lose my reservation, I knew I would be charged for last night. I never said anything about that. And she was like “oh well yeah okay then here’s your keys” I still don’t understand what the big deal was about. Then while I was dealing with that my husband comes in with our luggage and is standing behind me and says(with an attitude) “and what do you need” I said um he’s with me. I honestly felt discriminated against and I still do not understand why there was ever an issue. I will definitely never be back to this hotel.

I liked how close it was to our venue and it was clean.

the female receptionist. I think her name is Dahlia. all elevators were broken since 5/24. they didnt fix until I checked out. they put me on 4th floor even if I told them I have heavy luggages and heavy cat litter box.

The breakfast was more than what I expected and they even stayed open later than original cut off time. The rooms were cozy and the bed was top notch. The front desk service was great.

Absolutely everything…. The minute we settled in our room ( me, my dad and 2 kids 9 and 11 yo) we got noticed that we are too loud (8.15pm)…. i booked room for 4 people… i had to get down to get bed sheets… everything was not right…. will never stay at this chain again!

Everything was exceptional about our stay. The entire facility was clean, the staff were very welcoming, the location was great. The two bedroom suite was a perfect fit for our family. We highly recommend staying here!

it was very nice and clean lost of space to hang out outside your room and even to grill!!

it was very nice and my family really enjoyed it however we were there for 3 weeks due to a house fire where we lost everything and the manager Sierra was less then kind she locked us out of our room multiple times due to her not putting our insurance housing company’s info in correctly and trying to tell us our insurances cards were declining. it was beyond frustrating especially when all we had left in this world was in our room and she locked us out 3 separate times! one of the times we were told we had till noon on a Sunday to contact our insurance housing company or they were kicking us out and calling the police! it was crazy. but aside from her our stay was great the rest of the staff was amazing Elaine who works in the kitchen was so kind went out of her way to make my 3 year daughter feel special would make her chocolate milk every morning and even brought her a little gift one day. she really made our stay over the top and she definitely deserves recognition!! the hotel was also very clean and the pool was great from our kids the pool hours were nice as well! and the free laundry was so helpful for our family. if ever I was in a situation to need to be somewhere for a while I would choose here again as long as I didn’t have to deal with sierra
