Towels were "wimpy" and cheap. In-room coffee service was minimal and weird. Lighting in room was also just not right.

Breakfast was not what the advertisement suggested. It was adequate—not very good, but not bad.

Shower didn't get very hot and very few tv stations. Sofa bed was just bearable. Could use more dumbbells.. only few available and some without matching pair.

Excellent all around... Very clean and amenities all better than typically found for properties of this level. Good size exercise room and decent breakfast offerings. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, soap. Helpful staff.

Body wash dispenser was broken. Coffee provided was not good. I assumed all staybridges were the same since we had stayed in one in the past but they are not.

Room was nice and breakfast is a plus helped out. Made it easier for family to get started in the morning. Liked that living area was a decent size, so we didn't feel cramped.

Second day we didn’t get a good sleep due to fire alarms going off. There was also a water leak in one of the main hallways.

The facility was not clean; carpets everywhere full of crumbs and our room , the beds were not made properly.

The breakfast was not edible. It was powder eggs it seemed and greasy foods..no healthy choices but a few odd things; in fact we did not eat. We enjoyed the fruit infused water and grabbed an apple. the rest was high in fats and all sugar and grease.. We suggest the menu be looked at and shifted for healthier choices; a salad bar would be nice.

The bathtub was stained and black, there was mold in the caulking, water pressure was horrible, we found 2 roaches in our room, the pullout bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable my kids ended up sleeping on the floor, the lines smelled awful, the washing machines had mold, and smelled disgusting, the dryer took over 2.5 hours to dry my clothes. The breakfast was a joke.. the lobby and the hotel in general smelled horrible. The first night we were there someone’s car got broken into right next to ours, and you could tell that someone had gone through our car as well. They only provide you with one roll of toilet paper when you ask for more. Will defiantly never be staying at this hotel again. They offered to move us rooms, but the room they were going to move us to was just as bad. We stayed because we had no other option as we already had the hold for the total amount on our card.

Very dirty. Shower was a complete disaster and they cane to clean and it was still dirty. Staff were very rude and unpleasant. Also, there was a strong weed smell.

The breakfast was great with more delicious options than other hotels! The room was awesome with a kitchenette, a comfy bed, and large shower. First time at a Staybridge, and we will be looking for more in our travels!

The location was tricky considering the loops on the highways. But not overall bad and nothing that the property has any control over.

Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. As a former housekeeping director the property was very clean and the rooms were clean as well.
