I didn't like the fact that they charged my card two more times and it was a hassle to get my money back then they charge my card for the $50 and I still haven't got that back

Stay one night, room was nice and clean hotel is wonderful and friendly staff, but only reason I am giving a 7 is we were by the basketball court at 12:30 midnight we woke up to a group of people playing basketball being super loud and bouncing that ball until almost 3 am. Talk about not being able to sleep. They should have hours for the basketball court in respect of other guests.

The hot tub was broken--it was one of the main reasons I chose the location. The beds were hard. It was obvious the room was reserved for someone who opted to pay a lower price; while it was nice, there were some superficial damages before our entry. The breakfast was sad. What was offered tasted good, but there wasn't much to offer.

The suites have awesome space, loved having 2 bathrooms. The breakfast was good. The outside area had a grill, outside seating, & basketball court. Kids loved it!

WARNING! do not book this hotel!!! We made a reservation on June 11 for one night on JULY 18, a month before!!! We traveled by car three adults and two small children. When we arrived at the hotel at the reception they denied the existence of the reservation even though we showed the confirmation email. They didn't have a single room available. They did not help us to get other accommodation. We found a place to stay by ourselves at almost midnight.

My room was dirty stains on the chair, floor, and wall. The room had a mildew smell, the room was not dusted at all. When I brought my concerns to the front desk I was told they are remolding. This room should have not been given to anyone. I was not offered another room I even showed pictures to the front desk staff. I still was not given another room. This was my first time staying here not good first impression. The furniture in this room was dated, pictures on the wall missing picture frame pieces, mirrors had chips in them, curtains had stains barely closed. This room was awful.

The room was clean but the blow dryer didn't work there was mold in the shower caulking and no toilet paper in the rooms and the couch smelled bad. This is my first less than perfect visit at any location, so I know that this location is better than this. I would say double check equipment and toiletries as well and cleaning up the rooms and breakfast area more often during the last half of breakfast 😀

The breakfast was good, got cold fast but very yummy. The location is perfect for getting everywhere and the staff was phenomenal.

it was under construction which Booking app did not let me know it would be like this. the rooms are absolutely out dated and the bathtubs had moldy looking corners. i will not be staying here with my family again. the hot tub was hot but didn’t work. looks nothing like the pics when I booked.

The property needs to be updated. broken tiles, dirty carpet, grout missing, moldy bathtub grout, leaky faucets. The buffet breakfast was awful. I was told they serve till 1030…..quit that two years ago supposedly but can’t afford to update the signs or put a paper sign up saying it’s really over at 10. We went down at 945 and they took up breakfast even though we were told 1030 and the sign said it. They didn’t offer anything even when i told them my kids were coming down to eat. They serve same biscuits and gravy everyday nasty yogur choices if your lucky. When you ask for something they act like you asked them to move a mountain to get it. never had apple or orange juice. it was just a bad experience. pool was always green and we couldn’t swim

The room was so dirty! The floor was not vacuumed. The walls were dirty. The shampoo holder was broken off the wall. Disgusting room. Door lock was broken. Hair on sheets. Elevator had strong pee smell. One Elevator working.

BATHROOM FLOORS BEDS EVERYTHING

The Location was the only plus but the pictures they have on the website should be taken off. Everything here in this hotel was broken toilet seat, toilet paper holder, no door Lock to bathroom, Broken doors that was TAPED yes TAPED... very unsanitary. The room we booked was two bedrooms suite. I had called a day before our arrival and was told that it was ok to check in early at about 1p, so upon arrival we were told from front desk that the rooms are not clean and that they are not able to check us in early I informed the front desk that i called yesterday and was told that the room will be ready and i can check in early. She then told me that she was not able to do that because the rooms are getting cleaned and she doesn't know how long they were going to take to clean it so check-in time would be at 3p. That was ok.... I wasn't going to get angry about that!!! It Happens!!! We left to eat and came back checked in at 4p to walk into the room it was DIRTY nothing was wiped down and the floors was not even vacuumed. There was no hot water nor did the AC Works. On top of that the sheets were dirty with makeup stains and yellow color sheets on the bed, THE PILLOWS SMELLED LIKE A MUSTY MAN SLEPT IN IT. We called and complained they said they will write it down and let management know. We couldn't even sleep in the bed it was that bad we had to drive 2HR BACK HOME!!! DISCUGISING WORST HOTEL EXPERIANCE. Oh, and by the way No Reimbursement or Anything done with the Rooms the Front Desk admitted that "We can complain all we want but nothing is going to be done." So many people have complained but nothing will change!!! Sad that even your employees are aware of it and there still no changes to make this place better!!!
