One of the elevators was broke. Made the wait with just one elevator a long one. But not horrible. And it wasn’t the hotels fault, these things just happen.

I think there was a under cabinet light in the kitchenette that didnt work, but everything else was great.

They were able to accomidate my short notice booking with a clean room, a great breakfast, friendly staff. My daughter and her family had already booked there and was able to join the party, the night before.

Lovely spacious room. Free laundry facilities. Snacks and drinks complimentary was a lovely atmosphere in the lounge area. Breakfast was great too. Very enjoyable stay.

The room was by the train tracks which kept a lot of noise at night and the walls were paper thin, our neighbors were talking to loud every night. Which was annoying.

Property was supposed to be 100% smoke free. We were greeted by people smoking pot in the parking lot. Informed staff, he looked at the camera and did absolutely nothing. We went back out to our car 10 minutes later and "the smoker" had been joined by others who were having a great time right in the front where the doors are, completely enjoying themselves while getting high. So sad especially with children present.

The staff checking in was amazing! It was very easy to check in and the rooms were very nice very clean. It would be nice if they offered a shuttle going to the paycom center when there are events going on but other than that we would stay there definitely again. We loved it!

Room was clean and plenty of room for a family of six. Pet friendly(We had our Maltipoo with us). Great Location(Only 6 minutes from Paycom Center). We were able to get to and from the Thunder basketball game with no problem with traffic. We ended up staying an extra night and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was great, they had plenty of options for everyone. If we come back to OKC we will definitely be staying here again.

Noise from street

Very nice hotel. Our spotlessly clean suite was very large with an efficiency kitchen area. Great location right off the highway. We noticed some noise of racing cars, and loud music which eventually ended and allowed for a quiet night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The shower/bath was supplied with Dove body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast was very good. Waffle irons to make your own. Hot selections were fresh and tasty. The pantry staff was friendly and helpful.

Not walkable at night. Didn’t feel safe enough as it was quite dark (no streetlights) so we just Ubered into Bricktown for a small price.

Quiet, staff very helpful. Social time in the afternoon was nice to meet other hotel guests. Great breakfast included.
