United StatesThe pool had 2 signs outsid by door that said adult swim 9 to11 pm. It was also posted on website. We were so looking forward to using pool when no children were present. We were informed by staff it closes at9 . Yet signs right outside poolsaid otherwise. Adult swim was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The hotel was verybusy with lits of kids. Which is wonderful but we wpuld rather not deal with that in pool. So someone needs to change signs n the post online . It was so disappointing. Hoping that other staybridges have adult swim . We ate empty nesters and enjoying it . We love kids . We like a break from them too .
The in suite kitchen with everything readyto go is really great its cleam . Staff very friendly.

United States1) The breakfast was mediocre. The sausage was too greasy to eat. The eggs were dry and rubbery. Not sure what the meat hash was. Fruit was straight out of a can. 2) coffee was horrible and undrinkable 3) Very noisy. Kids always running in the hallway. Floors and walls very thin and could hear everything next door and especially upstairs. 4) I never had housekeeping despite asking twice and i stayed for 7 days. I had to bring my towels down to the front desk, wet and dirty. 5) They advertised free shuttle, but did not have a driver. It was not close to the airport as advertised by Booking and had to pay $60 each trip. 6) There was so much chlorine in the pool/ hot tub, it burned our eyes and could not use it.
The front desk staff was friendly.

United StatesNeeds updating around the property and staff well treated the hotel more like their home than their job. My husband and I heard a lot of stuff we didn’t need to hear! The staff all eat breakfast at hotel and guests get to hear and see all! They do the same for the social hour! They aren’t talking to guests they are socializing with only each other! Very unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable!
I loved our one bedroom with kitchen and I loved that there was a great areas for grilling! I loved that there’s a social hour !

We were having some issues with noise coming from the floor above us at all hours of the day and night. We had 2 very bad days with hardly any sleep and the manager solved our problems and she was very nice and moved our room from the 4th floor to the 5th floor, plus gave us an upgrade for the rest of our stay. The staff was also very friendly from the beginning of our week long stay.

The staff was friendly but one of the staff members was FaceTiming someone while checking us out. She put her phone down while she helped us but it seemed a bit unprofessional.
We really enjoyed how clean and quiet the facility was. The king suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The whirlpool was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. The price for our stay was very reasonable. A really great find! We would definitely stay there again!
