The main downside for us was breakfast. The strong smell carried throughout the building, and when we went down to look, the kitchen door was open, which didn’t leave the best impression. The options may suit some guests, but it came across as a bit lackluster for our preference, so we chose not to partake.

We enjoyed our stay here overall. The room was large with plenty of space to move around, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. Having a room at the end of the hall made it easy to get in and out, and there were many nearby dining options which was very convenient.

It would be great if there were 2 folks working the breakfast station. Having just one seems like skimping on the wrong things. The bed wasn't as comfortable as we would have liked.

I REALLY think this property is overpriced. The amenities in the room are sparse for a high priced property. Also - many people do NOT like creamers - please provide REAL milk products for those do not like fake creamers. I know this is picky - but for over $200 night I do not expect to bring my own half and half (or milk) for my coffee. You may think this is a small thing - but the first thing I look for is the ability to make decent coffee in my room. (I spent some time in the room online and this was important).

An apparent tech glitch resulted a failure to update my contact and payment information from Booking.com and my reservation being canceled at the last minute. I can't tell whether the problem was with the hotel's computer system or with its interface with Booking. The staff did their best to resolve the immediate problem, but I would advise Booking customers reserving here to confirm that their information has imported properly, just in case.

I had called to set up a late checkout but the information was never put down and I ended up getting a call 40 minutes after regular checkout time. She handled it well and said it was okay to stay until the time I had mentioned before so I'm glad it wasn't a huge problem.

The room was cozy and stunning. We all had nice hot showers and got to relax and enjoy the morning of a wedding. We had a hair and makeup team come in and there was lots of room for them to work.

1st night was fairly quiet, 2nd night had a lot of kids jumping around and singing until 12:30 AM, 3rd night had another guest screaming in the hallway in pain at 5:15 AM. Just thinking no one has any common curtesy! General maintenance is needed. Side outside door didn't work with your key card. Sidewalks were not shoveled and floors were pretty slippery coming in from outside. I took a look at the pool and it didn't look clean enough to swim in. Very murky water.

Staff was friendly. The room was clean, appropriately appointed and space to spread out. Workout room had equipment in working order.

The Front Desk Associate, Zeus, was wonderful! Very helpful and pretty awesome! The room was packed full of amenities! We really felt at home! The room is perfect for a couple! The L-shaped couch was an awesome touch! Very comfortable as so was the bed! The view from 3rd floor was amazing! Great TV channels also!

This is not an AI-written review. This is a wonderful place to stay and offers excellent facilities. They are 'suites' and not just a hotel room. There is a small hob, microwave, and coffee maker amongst other facilities. The location is easily accessible from the I-80 and has a few fast food options nearby. Comfortable beds and clean rooms make this place an excellent choice for wary travellers. And of course, they are pet-friendly.
