Parking can sometimes be hard to come by when the hotel is busy and full. The juices at breakfast were very watered down and the food was sometimes a bit cold. But overall it wasn’t bad.

The property was exceptionally clean this time. We’ve been there many times in the past and there were times when it seemed to be somewhat neglected and not as kept as it had been originally. During this stay we were very pleasantly surprised to see both the inside and outside being maintained and looking clean and fresh. We even saw a worker touching up paint scuffs on one of the hallways.

I have a bad back, so I bring my own chair to sit in because the sofa in the room is uncomfortable for me.

The rooms were very nice! Full sized refrigerator, couple of burners, and a dishwasher with a full kitchen sink. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Breakfast could be bit better specially for European customers, this is not complain just suggestion and espresso coffee would be like cherry on the top

I have a bad back, the sofa and chairs were not very comfortable for me. The beds were great.

Breakfasts were very good. Fenced secure grounds to walk our dog.

Breakfast was great! Loved that they had Coke products available as well as the usual coffee, tea, and juice.

Everything the room, staff, food, location, price, pool, business room and gym. We came to Johnson City to look for a home and our search was going very slow. My wife and I liked the Staybridge Suites SO MUCH WE THOUGHT ABOUT JUST LIVING HERE FOR THE REST OF OUR LIVES.

We had no power on any of the outlets when we arrived. Trash on the carpet. They couldn't have vacuumed because of no power. Staff did come and cut the breaker on and made it work eventually

Breakfast is the best. The room was clean and roomy. It was better than I expected.

The water pressure in the shower was low, but the temperature was great (I like hot, hot water).

The rooms were spacious, with very tall ceilings. We were there on a day they had “Social” and were treated to wine & loaded fries. Continental breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff were amazing!

The breakfast (complimentary), could have been better. The microwaved eggs, selections could be better. Better utensils etc.

Nice to have a comfortable suite with kitchen, living room, nice bathroom. Great price!

Not being able to stay longer/ not visiting sooner .

Went to see some family over Thanksgiving holiday. Stayed in Johnson City , centrally located where every one lives, also close to area we wanted to site see. Great location, awesome, friendly staff. The staff even had like a small Thanksgiving feast in the breakfast area. They also had a fountain drink machine on site in the breakfast area which was a first for us to have @ our hotel & also a huge PLUS .
