The light in the bathroom turns off on its own. I was taking a shower when this happened, so I had to get out of the shower to turn it back on. Also, the indoor pool water was too cold.

The staff was friendly and made sure we felt comfortable, esp. Anthony at the front desk, and Christina from the kitchen/cleaning staff. The place was nice and affordable. The breakfast buffe was a plus.

Room was not consistently cleaned. Some days we got fresh towels every day and once not for three days. Room could use dusting….look around tv. Breakfast was good but sometimes not enough by the time we got down to eat. Your cook however is excellent. She works hard, is duper friendly and is a sweet lady. We would stay there again.

Breakfast, ran out of everything, juice machine didn't work, workers didn't want to refill Breakfast platters, also bought juice from there store, dates were March exp. And spoiled.

Kitchen soap dispenser needed filling and the grab bar in the bathroom was coming loose from the wall (not noticeable unless you grabbed it) so don't think they were aware. Apologized when told and offered us a refund on the room.

The location was great. In a quiet area but close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. The room was spacious, clean, and updated. Full kitchen with large fridge. Plenty of parking and at no additional cost. Will stay there again when in town.

The heater/air conditioner unit started screaming one night at 2:30am. I had to unplug it and go without a/c for the rest of the night. We couldn't change rooms, but the maintenance person fixed it the next day. The shower did not work properly - most of the water escaped through the spout, and the spout was ill-fitted coming out of the wall.

The breakfast is always good, and it was included in my fee. The scones are my favorite! The hotel is very clean, quiet and peaceful. I like that the kitchenette has a full sized refrig, dishwasher, microwave, and is furnished with basic necessities. It's in a safe neighborhood - we walked up the street into a nice residential area. The front desk, kitchen, and cleaning staff are all friendly and helpful. I have stayed here once before, and would stay here again.

Love the property! They have FREE washer&dyers! Lite lunch snack and a good breakfast. Every time I stay with this Chain they have a snack at 6:30 and a good breakfast with lots of options & I really appreciate it but I wish this hotel had a snack menu that made more sense maybe it was just and off day.

I only have 1 issue. The pillows are too soft for me. I have to use 4 to get some support.

We love this hotel. Staff is great, rooms are awesome. Great value. Breakfast was wonderful. Pool is small but heated and indoors.

Our room should have been further away from the main street. Better insulation on the walls and windows would also reduce the noise of the traffic next to the building.

If a room was booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and had a king sized bed and hud a bed - towels to accommodate all guests and bedding for the hide a bed should be in all rooms.

Breakfast was decent - would have liked to have seen individual yogurts. Staff at The front desk were great always accommodating to our needs.

All was well.

It's a very nice property and we were very comfortable. They have a nice hot breakfast everyday, and evening snacks and drinks Monday - Wednesday. The pool was small but clean and comfortable. We also liked the access to the free washers and dryers. The suites were roomy and comfortable, including the sofa bed. The grocery store and cafes were a short half mile from the hotel. The service and staff were excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

despite the fact that the room was booked for a family of three, the third bed was not shot and there was no linen set. we had to go, ask for linen and make the bed ourselves, it is not clear why. and second - the air conditioner motor in the bedroom is unbearably loud. it shouldn't be like that, how can the motor be so loud?
