Only complaint is the doors in the king suite! They didn’t keep all of the light out from the living room area, so when I would wake up early to study the crack between the swing doors let light into the bedroom. Literally my only complaint!

Property was very nice, staff was extremely friendly. The pool and hot tub were well kept and helped relax after long days.

2 burner “hot plate” that automatically shut off and inadequate cooking facilities (no oven) detracted from the stay. As a result couldn’t cook meals and increased overall cost of the stay due to needing to dine out

There were some odd smells, the beds were hard and they should provide bedding for the hide away bed when people book the room with a large family.

Most of them staff were very pleasant except for 1. He was very rude They don't tell you in the beginning that you have to request to have the room cleaned. Upon booking the website said "Free Breakfast," we learned that was no more. There was an issue with getting towels

elevator was stuck in the 3rd floor the first day and the pool was closed the last couple days.

location was in the perfect distance from the airport, the mall and my brothers house. room was clean and liked that we had a half kitchen.

Clean, spacious, modern suites in a nice quiet neighborhood. The courtyard area is nice with grills and a fireplace, the staff were helpful.

Quite noisy. Pool was cold and quite murky. Also many people eating and drinking alcohol in pool area (despite being explicitly forbidden…one employee even brought food to guests eating in the pool area).

It is a very nice Hotel with a wonderful staff. We were very happy that they have HOT coffee available all of the time. It was great to get a good nights sleep even with our jet-lag. The kitchen was very good and we were able to fix all of our meals.

Everything was perfect!

We loved that there was a store right across the road for shopping so we didn't have to travel far, loved that there were places to eat so close as well and only few mins from MOA. The hot tub/pool were fun and relaxing as well

Hot tub wasn’t working and pool was green with sand in it. Not enough linens for beds, not enough towels for each person to have their own. In the morning when walking stuff the car the front desk person was very pushy on getting us out the door and checking out- we had made a couple trips to the car and each time we were asked, “Are you checking out.” Bathroom door in the room didn’t shut.

Set up of the room Stocked kitchen with full size fridge. Evening worker who checked us in and assisted us with what we needed was super friendly and did an amazing job handling multiple guests at one time by herself! Kuddos to her!

our room was missing many essentials, mainly a garbage can, but also paper towels, iron, and iron board. others in our group were missing towels or their room wasn’t fully cleaned. there was no market for snacks or beverages (just an empty spot). there was a ceiling leak in the lobby, which sometimes had a sign and other times not. I’m shocked at the lack of security of the doors that wasn’t the main door. they were just unlocked all day and I didn’t need my key to access. it would have been nice to have some sort of table in our room to eat at.

the pool room and courtyard were nice. the rooms were decent with enough space.
