Laundry room has many broken appliances

The gym was sad and could at least have some dumbbells available. It was hard to get trash picked up and a larger trash can would have been logical considering the suite has a full kitchen for cooking meals. We were only provided with a small wastebasket which doesn’t accommodate groceries for cooking.

We felt safe and it was conveniently located. It was very clean. Breakfast was decent. We really appreciated having a full kitchen and cookware. Having a bedroom door was great!

I feel like they need to get more breakfast staff. They had a really hard time keeping things full and clean. Looked to be only 1 person and that definitely is not enough staff for this big hotel.

Room lights burned out. Dining seating on couches uncomfortable. Long term government housing residents monopolized laundry facilities and luggage carts.

Good food but limited selection. Pool area nice. Halls clean. Cleaning personnel very accommodating.

Lay out of building is NUTS…. The Elevator is at the wrong end.

My husband was not happy that some of the electrical outlets couldn’t accommodate multiple chargers.

The breakfast was great. Everything we would have wanted was there. My husband loved the add-ons for the cheese omelet. I love how hot the coffee was. It was still quite good drinking it at 5 pm from my flask.

Housekeepers didn't replenish the soap and shampoo bottles. Also they need to make sure there's no hair left behind after cleaning the bathroom.

The stay was lovely,breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the room as well comfortable bed.

When we entered our room, there was a strong smell of fragrance, like laundry detergent or air freshener. It was a dryer sheet placed in the closet. I have bad allergies to such things. Thankfully we found it and disposed of it before it made me sick. I only ended up with a headache and coffee grounds helped to dispel that. Glad I didn't have to call 911 or go to ER at midnight (when we checked in after a late flight). Please advise housekeeping that not all "helpful tips" are helpful. Thank you.

Location and quiet stay. The bed was very comfortable and obviously fragrant-free detergent was used. NICE!!

Check in was very slow maybe one more staff member at the desk would help. She seemed very overwhelmed but was still very friendly.

The man at the front counter when we checked in was delightful and friendly! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The only negative was a very dirty fork was in the silverware drawer with the clean utensils.

I did not have the chance to experience it for long due to early morning flight. The beds were comfortable the rooms were spacious and cleaner than other hotels I had stayed in on my trip.

The only bad thing was that they didn’t do a good job of labeling the waffle batter & we accidentally made banana flavored waffles instead of regular & they were not ideal

Prices were jacked up due to a home football game. Fridge in room rattled—we unplugged it. A used towel was left behind the door.

When we first arrived the toilet paper wasn’t changed at all from the previous tenant, barely anything on the roll, and we had to change it ourselves. Also the shampoo was full of water and I expected better, for the $200 stay. Also the water pressure in the shower was a joke.

Kitchenette and fully stocks kitchen supplies, very useful and exceeded expectation.

There were some minor dirty areas around the AC and the couch cushions had tears on the side.

Great location for us to eat, visit friends and walk around the facility.
