I had to pay additional fees for my dog. When purchasing the tickets it never mentioned additional fees for dogs. For future please add that.

Had to track down sheets for sofa bed. Dishes in washer not clean. Front desk phone rang busy all 3 ×s we tried.

The ladies at the front desk were kinda snooty we were the only ones checking in. It was shift change from the looks of it. The lady leaving was pleasant the other lady was frustrated from the start. Took them 15 min to discuss a draw change and their bloopers. Then the one lady left for the day. Then the other lady told us to be patient and walked to the other then she was eating something came back out with her mouth full of food and said okay so you’re checking in. We said yes, then we gave her our reservation info. Said well that room isn’t ready I will have to move you rooms. Which was okay it was the same value. Then when we got to our room paint was peeling above the vanity big chunks and had one washcloth the drain in the bathroom had the stopper out sitting in the tub.

Breakfast service was very friendly but the food selection and quality was VERY poor... After the first day, I only went down for coffee and fruit bars, all else was pretty bad. The furniture looked a bit old / stained in the inside of drawers.

Comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen, kept very clean, wide shower.

Property is outdated and poorly managed. No door was opening or closing properly in the unit. Furniture was old and broken. Sharp metal pieces were sticking out of the couch, I cut my finger on it trying to unfold the couch. Overall, needs and upgrade one or new management.

Only reason I booked this appointment is to accommodate for four people. Space is good

The air conditioning did not work. Was eventually switched to a different room at 1 am after sweating for ever. The new room did not have a tv in the main bedroom, which sucked. It looks to have been stolen because there were hookups. The toliet in the other bathroom did not flush. There were groups of teenagers running wild all over the hotel. They were so loud and did not like sharing the pool area. The elevator was questionable. The stairway was filthy. Most of the hotel was filthy and run down. I have stayed in numerous staybridge hotels in many locations but this particular one was very disappointing and had it been my first time at a staybridge it would be my last.

Maintenance is very lacking. Shower curtain rod ready to fall off. Screws and plaster look like it was cheaply fixed many times. No vent fan in bathroom so gets super humid and condensation drips down walls to create puddle on floor. No pots or scrubber to wash dishes. Water dispenser in gym didn't work. Lock on exterior door broken so you can walk right in without key. No TV in bedroom. No toilet seat cover. Not enough towels in room. 2 washers and 2 dryers out of order.

We wanted a 1-BR unit with sofa bed so this was 1 of only 2 we could find in Austin. Room was decent size but that's about all the good things we can share.

It’s super picky but the air conditioner was a bit noisy, but on the bright side we just thought of it as a sound machine. That or we were too tired to care anymore.

Staff was friendly and everything was clean. The breakfast spread was impressive as well.
