Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. From the moment we arrived we were treated with friendly helpful staff. We were given a room that was quiet and clean. Close to the military base which is why we were there. The space was excellent for our family. The courtyard was clean and could be used for visiting with our grandson. Key into the apt area which made it feel so safe.

United StatesThe staff was friendly when around, however they were rarely in the front lobby. Morning,Afternoon, night…. It was hard to catch anyone there. There was number to call on the door when the lobby was closed and lights were off, but it took HOURS to get things needed like fresh towels or toilet paper. Housekeeping doesn’t stop by daily to restock or empty trash, or even sweep dirt from the floor ( just basic daily chores) so that’s all up to you. Shampoo and body soap are provided in the shower, but no hand soap at the sink in the bathroom or for the kitchen. We asked for some and were finally brought a full size bottle to use until We were able to get more. I would stay here again, I just think they need more staff!

United StatesThe neighbors! They had a baby and I know she cried for about 30 to 45 minutes and I called the front desk. I was so concerned that something was very wrong. My boyfriend talked to the guy and he calmed the situation down. You had a very nice worker.
