3 Bdrm villa. It was only 2 bdrms and 2 sofa beds. Very deceiving. Very disappointed.

How the furniture was dirty and outdated in the bathroom was also outdated if they could upgrade some of their furniture and bathroom amenities it would take it up a notch it would make the experience much better for the customer.

I love how efficient and professional the staff was it was an easy check in and check out process. I also loved the festivities they had during the day like karaoke and hula hoop contests for the kids. In our room was clean when we checked in the last time it wasn't so it was better this time.

A bit noisy for my liking music blaring by th pool it's a huge busy resort so many people and kids not great soundproofing fro people above dragging chairs bouncing balls until late at night. Weirdly you have to take trash and linen out pay for cleaners and tidy up yourself This was new for a hotel for me. No USB ports for travellers on lamps or clock radios so really cater for Americans. No adaptors at reception. You could use the TV but the charge was 10 percent after 2 hours. You could buy an American plug at the deli but we were only passing through for a few nights in the US on the way to London.

Very clean it's a huge well staffed and run resort great for families Room size was big with separate lounge. Grounds are beautiful.

The guess next door who was urging at 3am in morning. But I called security and they were able to get them to stop urging.

When we arrived the toilet seat was broken and the room next to us was very loud. They did move us but the resort needed some upgrades and there was toothpaste in the sink the pool was a little dirty

The resort appeared to be dated and the room smelled muggy. The room itself could have been cleaner. Several areas had dust on or around it.

The living quarters were very spacious and accommodating to the family. It was well stocked with necessary items.

We had some noisy neighbors during this stay. It was 2am and they were in the balcony drinking and being extremely loud, we called the front desk and they sent security but the people didn’t stop with the noise till past 4am hopefully next time we can enjoy a peaceful stay!

There are a lot of activities to do at the Resort we decided to enjoy it instead of going to the parks on Memorial Day weekend.

When we first arrived, the room that we were assigned had also been assigned to another couple, so that was frustrating. The man who made the mistake didn’t even acknowledge us or apologize for his mistake and no accommodations were made. The parking sucked, if you leave out and come back after a certain time you may not get a parking space near your building. Also I don’t know if I overlooked it or if booking.com doesn’t provide the info, but on top of the hotel fees, there is also a $200 refundable deposit that has to be paid at check in. I may have overlooked that part, idk.

I liked the amenities provided during our stay. There was a few activities we enjoyed that were included. The room was comfy and clean
