They are in the process of refurbishing this hotel but they should probably keep it closed until its finished! It needs a lot of TLC but has possibilities in the future after the renovation. Dirty windows doors and walls, peeling doors, peeling floors in the hallways on my floor. No coffee maker in room it was available in the lobby. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms didn't look anything that was shown on the website. My fault for not reading the reviews prior to booking. No Gym

Hotel was "good enough" for a short stay to visit family. Elevator was broken. Rooms dated with some age affecting our stay (shower was difficult to operate, key cards needed re-swiping at front desk).

Large room accommodated a family of 5 well. Location near the relatives I was visiting.

Shabby and poorly maintained. Paint stains and sloppy workmanship. Windows filthy on the outside. No carpeting, so rooms and hallways were echo-y. Overhead lighting was too bright. A small couch was the only seating in the living room. Electric panel with exposed wires in bedroom closet. TV sat crooked on its stand. AC unit in living room did not work. Breakfast was lukewarm coffee, yogurt, and bagels and croissants with no butter or cream cheese available.

Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Free parking.

It smelled like the cleaning staff just poured fabuloso. Noticed a few gnats. Floor corners were dusty since. AC units had visible duct tape holding it together. Weird eccentric shower head lights strung up in ceiling. Everything out dated. Breakfast should have been labeled as snacks thats how minimal it was soon expiring yogurt was given. Cards kept deactivating.Son received an extra sheet from housekeeping staff for pull out couch and it had a visible stain. This place served it's purpose we only were in town for 2 nights. Was thinking about leaving but instead made sure we kept busy and only had to shower and sleep there. Just 1 step up from a motel In my opinion. Pictures provided are very misleading! No coffee maker .. they sit out coffee on "breakfast table" and hopefully they refresh it.

Very spacious. Kitchen area.Front desk women offered me to change rooms, when I mentioned the smell. Offered an explanation that might have forgotten to dilute cleaning product.

The room felt a bit dingy. We didn’t feel comfortable going barefoot on the carpet. There were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the sofa bed. There were visible stains on the carpet and countertops. Elevator was dirty. We were also expecting outdoor space because the room advertised a “patio,” but this is a hotel patio downstairs it’s not a private outdoor space attached to the room.

It was passable for one night. The bed was cozy and comfortable thank goodness. The front desk did bring extra pillows when we asked and they were very kind and helpful. It’s a good price for the amount of space. Walking distance to cute downtown was the saving grace!

I have stayed at this hotel before and had a quiet comfortable stay. On this particular visit, I was informed of the cost of the suite for the weekend and was informed I would be charged a refundable $100 incidental fee, however, since it would be my partner and myself, the receptionist was nice enough to reduce it to $50, which was fine and appreciated. Upon arrival, I was informed the fee was $300! I was offered a reduced fee of $200 but I declined and canceled my booking. My issue was the cost, my issue was the misinformation I received. Whenever I book a hotel or even a house rental, I always call to verify my reservation and total cost of stay. Suppose I was visiting from another state and was on a budget,price would be factored into my overall trip. Maybe it’s me but if I’m informed and expecting certain coats I do not unexpected/incorrect information provided. So I literally declined my stay, luckily I wasn’t charged for canceling but it’s the principality of the matter.

Over all how old the place looked and the unpleasant smell of our room. Carpet looked durty too.

The building is old. Garage area is scary. If there is no one at the front desk you have no access to get in the garage and park your car. Lobby area dusty. My room had an unpleasant odor.

Leak at night in the bathroom, staff attitude. Breakfasts almost inexistant. No fitness room. Laundry cards were not during our stay --> we left the third day.

Very roomy suite and very comfortable bed. No fitness room and forget breakfast, it is only cereals. The cats.

everything was run down and had a weird smell to it. it just looked old and not well taken care of. the lady at the front desk was rude. they didn’t even have water or any vending machines.

First impression was a dead rat on the sidewalk going into the facility. Second thing no information about me at the check in desk. Luckily I had confirmation number… Noisy neighbors, and the worst thing the elevator wasn’t working and we had to walk up seven flights of stairs, a few times…
