I wish they would serve a simple breakfast, may be just some local pastries since they already have fruit and coffee in the morning.

Love the self check-in. Since there were only a few rooms, the whole house seemed very private. We enjoyed the art and photos collections displayed and the snacks/coffee/drinks provided. We got to met the owner in the morning.

A little ways from the main wineries and restaurants

Enormous room with comfy bed, nice amenities and with a view of the pretty grounds. Only interacted with staff electronically, which was fine, other than the housekeeper who was friendly.

Would've liked a small dresser or something in the room to not live out of a suitcase. Having access to the.kitchen for plates, wineglasses, etc, would have been nice.

I'm not a fan of soft water.

First off, a little about me. I'm not a huge fan of people. So I've always been reluctant to try B&B style inns. Well, this property is no longer a B&B it's just an Inn. So we showed up right at 3 o'clock for self check in. We were greeted by Ron, the owner. He gave us a quick run down of coffee and tea station. After that, we never saw him again. The front door and bedroom doors are coded, so no keys are required. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The bedding was very soft and comfortable. We stayed in the Hepburn room, the bathroom and shower were large, and the water pressure was great. When you look at the pictures, it seems like the house is out in the country. It is not. It is at the end of a suburban neighborhood. But once you turn in to the driveway, you are in a small slice of paradise. The property is beautiful. We have stayed at high-end hotels and boutique little inns. This was the quietest place I have ever stayed. No car or freeway sounds. I didn't hear the neighbors at all. There are 5 rooms at this property 3 on our side of the building. And I only saw 1 other guest enjoying his coffee on the deck while we were packing up the car to leave. This property definitely made our weekend in Napa really nice. This is such a beautiful property that if it were mine. I would build a giant fence around it to keep people out. Ron has opened it up to the world. And we appreciate him for it.

This inn felt like you were stepping into your own home. Such a comfortable feeling when you walk into the front door. A beautiful living room with a shelf full of books to read. A lovely sitting area on the patio. But the best part of staying there besides the wonderful owner and the staff is our bedroom. We had the Audrey Hepburn room. It was decorated wonderfully! The beds were comfortable. Bathroom had a double sink! and very clean. The grounds outside were gorgeous. We had such a wonderful time. We will definitely stay at there again.

There is really nothing objectionable about this property. It is clean and well laid out, the parking is good. We stayed during the week and did not see any other guests, nor did we see any staff. There is not daily housekeeping, although I did not expect any and it was not promised in any of the solicitations, the check in was smooth and the checkout was uneventful.

Real Review: This in is a converted older one story ranch style home. We were told that it is the longest running B & B Napa, which implies that it has been in business for a long time. The house has a very lovely setting along a Creek. It is also located down a long driveway, buried in the back of a middle class neighborhood. There is nothing within walking distance of the house, although from a driving perspective it is very close in. Being an older home, it was built with this Creek setting near town many years ago. The home is updated and it is clean. The remote check in works flawlessly. Our room was the Cabernet suite, which appears to be a converted garage. There was lots of space, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi tub worked, and perhaps my only complaint about the room would be that the closet was located in the bathroom where your clothes get steamed with every shower. We stayed there for five nights, and never actually saw any staff. I don't recall if this was advertised as a bed and breakfast, but there certainly wasn't any breakfast. They do have coffee machines and a few snacks in the living area, and that seemed to be adequate to get the day started. The cost of most accommodations in the Napa Valley has gotten ridiculously expensive. I booked this accommodation because it is a personal business trip and I believe it was one of the least expensive properties in Napa. So it's clean and safe and quiet and represents a good value for the money. If you're looking for something that is walking distance, or has a vibrant atmosphere, this is not the place.

    No complaints.

Quiet, clean, inviting, and felt like a guest in a home. There was a lot of thought put into everything in the house. The room was comfortable, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could need including waters, sparkling waters and soda, nice towels in the bathroom, a heater, plenty of power strips, lots of blankets, two luggage racks, tons of hangers, and a smart tv. They truly thought of everything to keep you comfortable. We loved the backyard/patio and waking up to the sound of the creek. The host Ron was very friendly as well. Plenty of parking and easy access to downtown. Would definitely return.
