How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The ice machine was out of order. But you could go to another floor to get some. Not a big deal to me.
The breakfast has a great selection of grab and go goodies. We really enjoy the coffee. I bring my own half n half. The pool is awesome. The location makes this hotel one of the best places to stay.

Breakfast was one of the poorest I’ve had. Nothing but processed foods, powdered eggs and sugar. The only whole fruit was old apples and oranges. Maybe add some oatmeal (not the packaged kind, some real eggs (hard boiled or scrambled)???

The price. While visiting family in Lacey, Washington, we were able to get a room of similar size and amenities for about half the cost.
The room was nice. Well played out. It had everything we needed.

The Beds...very hard and uncomfortable. The room was comfy and all the amenities but that bed! Us older folks need that comfort. Lol

The bed in 116 is too hard and broken down. Room 116 is ADA but there wasn’t enough room at the end of the bed to get my daughters chair past easily. There were dogs in the rooms across the hall that barked much of the night from 3:00 am on. Not the fault of the hotel but inconvenient for others. Breakfast was pretty cleared out by 7:30 due to the HS track team being there (60 teenage athletes eat a lot) the cost is more here that Best Western. Used to be the opposite. Not worth the $150 offseason any more. (Was $97 just 2 years ago same weekend)
Love the location, the staff, the size of rooms, breakfast, bathroom is great for ADA shower, everything. It’s our go to when in Prineville I love the bags at breakfast to grab and go food to take on the road! We will be back

The property is next door to a 24hr gas station. It would make me a little worried to keep stuff in my car
The room was very nice so were the facilities. The continental breakfast was also good, they had plenty of breakfast options along with snack options you could put in a to go bag and take with you for the day.

TV was worn out, hard to watch, needs to be replaced. Room above us sounded like they were having a track meet. Would have liked something to hold onto in shower and been able to put my foot up. The beds were nice, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great.

The room was near the lobby, the ice machine, and vending machine, the elevator and stairs were all next to our room. I recommend asking for a room away from the elevator. We were not in our room two full days, we came back after an event and there was nobody at the front desk.
The location was good, the Lobby was welcoming,the room was clean, the bed was comfortable.
