Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesOn this trip we unfortunately found roaches in the toaster and in one of the bathrooms of our suite. The staff quickly exchanged the toaster for a clean one and dis their best to make it up to us for the incident.
This is our third stay at Stablewood Springs resort and we love the location and amenities. The staff is exceptional!

United StatesIt's a bit far from restaurants and other amenities and up a long drive to get there but if you like privacy and quiet, this is a great option.
This was an beautiful area and the apartment was very clean, spacious and well-appointed. The area is lovely and the pools are wonderful. Check-in and out was very easy and the staff were very helpful. We stayed here to catch the eclipse of 2024 and it was perfect.

United StatesEverything was great until I went to check out. There was apparently and accounting issue between this property and their accounting group who collected my money upon making my reservations. At the desk, they wanted me to pay again for my stay because there was no record in the computer upon check-out. No questions asked upon check-in. I pulled up my bank account and showed bank card payment several months before. The manager came out and still wanted me to pay again and was very rude. I left without paying again since I had an appointment down the road and I was in there for 45 minutes trying to check out. I told them to call me if they could not figure it out and no one ever contacted me. I usually stay here twice a year, never been an issue like this in last 4 years.

United StatesI could not get the hot water to work in the bathroom sink, it took a very long time to warm up in the kitchen sink, I hate wasting water waiting for it to warm up. I did not like the 10am check out time, 11am is bad enough. I requested an early check in but it was denied. I think it's really bad when you have a 4pm check in and a 10 am check out. You don't get much time for your money.
The pool area was beautiful and had gorgeous views of the Hill Country. The kids enjoyed the game room, especially the pool table and giant chess set. It was a very quick trip, we all wished we could have stayed more days.

United StatesThe condo was not as clean as we expected. The kitchen chairs all had residue on the cushions, and I called to let them know about it. They said they would send someone to clean them, but it never happened.
The grounds, pool and activities were great. Nestled back in the Hill Country, it is a beautiful resort!
