Run down and old. My slippers got filthy walking on the carpet. This is an old motel much in need of upgrades/updating. From a posting on the front door, it appears they were trying to do so, but failed to obtain the permits needed. There was a pile of old mattresses on the side of the building, so they are trying to upgrade the mattresses (no permits needed for this). The saddest free breakfast I have ever seen. The offerings were limited to white/wheat toast, waffles, Raisin Bran or Froot Loops. Beverages included coffee (one pot empty and the other air pot nonfunctional), apple juice and orange juice. No attendant checking on supplies and no one at the front desk.

My room was clean and the staff was helpful and kind.

Hotel, rooms are outdated. Mattress was sunked on both sides. Had to ask for a new bedroom. Breakfast was very poor. Only waffles and cereal and slice of bread. No fruit, yogurt or eggs. Staff didn't replace items. Very poor breakfast options and poor service.

The bathroom was making loud noises every night we stayed their for at least 4 hrs. NOT GOOD!!!!!!!

The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The room had a funny smell. One pillowcase was dirty. The carpet was very worn with holes and missing pieces. Tub was stained. Walls were stained or dirty. Breakfast had a good selection.

TV remotes didn't work, told the front desk and they said they'd send someone up. Had to go back down when they didn't come up and all they did was change the batteries. That didn't solve it. The TV worked but kind of a pain to try to find something to watch standing next to the TV pressing buttons. Also there was a lot werring/clunking in the morning that was annoying.

I didn't like the overall smell of my room. I think it must have had water damage at some point since it smelled humid or something. The ice machine also didn't work.

I loved the staff friendliness. I also loved the comfortability of the king bed.

The cereal said raisin bran but was cornflakes. There was cream cheese but no bagels. And all there was was a white bread. Would’ve been nice to have brown bread. Or whole grain.

The coffee was good. The juice was good. In the toast was ok.

Using a towel for three days is totally unacceptable for me. I will not use a towel at home that way and especially not when the towels are not of very good quality to begin with and have a hard time drying off with them. Breakfast was lacking majorly.

Property needs to communicate peoples arrivals and departures. When I go to a hotel I go there to sleep and nap in between activities

The carpet was sticky... Didn't realize there was no elevator, but the clerk carried my bags up the stairs.

It was convenient and reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable.

Honestly, it’s not very clean. In the room there is a sofa in the corner very dirty. It was supposed to be green I think but it was very very dirty. Also, I don’t know if it’s the carpet or the sofa in the corner smelled bad in the room. I think a little bit of maintenance in the room could be nice and get more customers to the place. The Employees were very nice people. The kitchen was clean and the breakfast was really good in that area. I appreciate it.

The location was perfect. Also, the place is really nice.

I understand that hotels are perpetually understaffed but the room was very dirty. The sheets and pillow cases were clean but the bed skirt was gross. The bathroom walls needed to be wiped down. I don’t even want to think what the spots all over them were. The sink and toilet were clean. Overall, I would choose a different budget hotel if I was staying in St. Cloud again.

The breakfast area was very clean in the morning. There was plenty of parking. The price was one of the cheapest in the area and it was perfectly located in town.
