Needs some love. Paint here & there. Some weeding. Pool deck needs drainage. But this does not detract from the stay.

Perfect location right at Bridge of Lions. Breakfast is 10/10 and happy hour is as well.

The pool deck and hotel deck need maintenence . Pool chairs seats were ripped.

Wonderful location - walk across bridge of Lions to downtown. The staff are wonderful and felt like family . Happy hhour and cooked breakfast wwere perks. Rooms were clean and inviting . Love the vinyl wood floors instead of carpet. Sat on patio overlooking the bridge , river and city

My sister brought a mini microwave because the rooms didn’t have one. But other than that everything was perfect

It was a mini family reunion with my siblings. We were there for the Bridge of Lions 5K. Location we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Staff was awesome!! Definitely will be back!! Highly recommended

The only complaint was their lawn furniture by the pool was broken. Pool was great but no where to sit or layout. They need to buy some new stuff!

Quick walk across the bridge to St. Augustine and out of the hustle and bustle with a wonderful fancy breakfast each morning included.

The noisy air con. By far the worst we have ever experienced!

Location, location, location. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Excellent patio with comfortable rockers looking out onto the river. Great to sit and watch the world go by. All within easy walk of St Augustine. Breakfast is basic but good enough

Our stay was excellent. Clean spacious rooms with great breakfast free parking and a small pool. The room has everything you need for your stay. The hotel is located close to the city center, all places of interest are within walking distance. In the evening you can enjoy the view of the city center, the famous bridge with lions, watch yachts and boats sailing. I recommend this great place !

The pool area needs some love and attention. It’s very clean but has old and worn out pool furniture and zero sun protection.

Such a beautiful little spot over looking the water and the historic St. Augustine. The staff was great the breakfast was delicious and you couldn't get better views. Although we couldn't fish from the hotel right next to it is the lions gate bridge and we walked over to it and had fun catching some fish.

Perfect location to walk to historic St. Augustine, and to watch the sunset from the deck outside your room. Friendly staff, nice breakfast and very comfortable bed. Short drive from the lighthouse, Anastasia State Park and .St. Augustine Beach.

A very charming hotel with an excellent location. The lobby windows offer a beautiful view of the bay — you can sit, relax, and simply enjoy the scenery. The room was clean, the towels were perfectly fresh and spotless. All the staff were very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The wall air conditioner was a bit noisy so I didn’t sleep well.

The location was great. I did not have a view and learned I would have paid less for a room if I had booked directly with the property instead of Booking.com.

Not my type of breakfast, but it is cool though that they offer one. Also, the room was clean (fresh bedsheets and towels), but some places was quite dirty.
