The pool closes at 8:15 PM and the extra costs like parking.

The pool was wonderful, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

We had a wonderful weekend with our friends! The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help. We really enjoyed our stay — the food was delicious both in the restaurant and at the poolside bar. Everything was cozy and relaxing, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Although we had to pay $40/nyt for parking (no exception), it was well worth the money. You can request your car from your fon (they’ll send u a link) and the valet will bring it to the front (entrance) any time during your stay.

2nd time around and the reason why we came back was because this resort is exceptional over all. Although the beach didn’t have white sand like any other places I’ve been in Florida, it serves the main purpose why we visited it again. Be comfy and enjoy a vacation time with family. Complimentary drinks and snacks (buffet style) every afternoon for each guest (alcoholic and non alcoholic) were a plus. The pool is humongous and there’s more than enough chairs for everybody. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and dessert places.

The bike rental was included but staff was not very helpful in letting us know how to get bikes. We were told they had quite a few bikes but only keys for two. We are a family of four… so when we went to look at the bikes we noticed several didn’t even have locks when we asked if we could use these they seemed annoyed but said that it would be fine for us to use them

Proximity to the ocean, large pool, happy hour drinks and snacks included, view from room was great!

Not a huge fan of required valet parking. Wish the pool stayed open later in the evening. Missed housekeeping a couple times during the week so had to request trash to be emptied and clean towels. Would like access to a broom if housekeeping isn’t going to come at least once a week to sweep up sand on floors.

Location on the beach was great. Loved the pool area. Breakfast was wonderful. Kids loved the daily snow cones. Loved the kids activities and the free beach chairs. Just a beautiful resort hotel experience.

Tip jars everywhere, 4 at breakfast, by the buffet, the omelette station, drink station and coffee station. 3 of the 4 are self serve. Endless emails from valet for tip everytime the moved the car, after I tipped cash each time. Mind you it's $40+ a night with no self park option.

The $40 valet parking requirement. Then the $8 tip each time they park your car on top of that cost. That's a lot even though the valet staff are efficient and fast to retrieve your car. The Harvest and Reel restaurant food wasn't that good. Very average. They could easily put a better restaurant in here. The person at the front hostess stand was stellar though.

The views from the lobby out to the ocean are spectacular. The hotel is very spacious as are the hotel rooms. The hotel has everything you need to be able to stay there without leaving for a few days. I also enjoyed the full service Starbucks in the hotel.
