Had a group of parents and kids staying in the facility the first two nights for a sports tournament. The noise and running around when going thru the lobby was ridiculously loud and obnoxious. Couple parents were obviously have a few drinks to relax, but, in my opinion, not really controlling their children in the workout room and pool area while doing so.

Everything was great about the property although they are under some construction on the inside near the front desk but it wasn’t a problem.

The location was close to lots of stores like Target and restaurants. It was quiet and clean.

The hotel in general is showing wear and tear especially the rooms. A little facelift could really benefit them. All things considered is still a very good place to stay and we would happily stay here again.

I did not like that the rooms were not soundproof. I did not rest well and checked out at 1 am because I could not rest. I could hear my neighbor on the phone all night. Ironically, he was not loud. I could also hear everyone pass in the hallway. The walls are just paper thin.

No trash can liners in trash cans. Mini fridge in our room did not work. Staff was made aware of this so I am sure they took care of it for other guests.

The walls were a little thin and could hear the other guest. The pool was not available. I would book again.

The staff was amazing from check in to departure. Breakfast was waffles fruit, cereal (cold&hot) and bagels. Hanes Mall was close by for shopping & restaurants and Target across the street for essentials. The mattress was very comfortable. Close to the highway so it was easy access to and from events.

The outdoor space behind the pool could use some love , seemed a little bit neglected. The breakfast buffet was managed well but could use some upgrades .

Very, very little. We had a king suite with disability access. The only very minor complaint was the television position. It made it difficult for all three of us to watch together. Everything else was great!

Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The entire facility was clean and well kept. Breakfast was hot and had variety of choices.

This awesome hotel is starting to show fatigue. Some upgrades are definitely needed like new carpeting ( there’s so much traffic and odor a carpet can hide after so many years) also the bathroom. There was evidence of caulking and re-caulking, the shower door did not shut tight and allowed a good amount of water to escape unto the bathroom floor also the water in the sink pooled. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times throughout the years and have always had a good experience.

Could’ve used more towels. The bare minimum was there so if you washed your hair, you did not have an extra towel to wrap it up in. Clear directions for the television would be helpful such as on a card. Trouble getting to Amazon prime video. We purchased some food at your frozen area. Assuming all foods will be able to microwave because that is the only thing in the room. We paid nine dollars plus tax for a pizza and it was to be air fried. Throw it away and that is a lot of money.

I thought the staff was exceptional. The only problem I had was having to go to the desk three times and there was not anyone at the counter. I think a bell, or some type of device to alert staff someone is at the counter needed. Did have a little difficulty with the television as far as how to get to your own account such as on Amazon prime. Loved the design of the rooms.. Could have used more towels.
