Extremely clean such using bleach that is sprayed to the tables surfaces and more. The room smells very bleachy . The breakfast was mediocre. I did not know the parking per night has a cost. It is an open lot, come on, the hotel can give that complimentary. It is not security on the parking lot area.

This was comfortable for one night stay. We wished the beds were a bit larger. Also, keep in mind this seemed to be the property for a lot of families and sports teams traveling through so at times we had to wait with several guests for the elevator. Busier breakfast service too but overall decent breakfast options with typical make your own waffle station.

The location was close to alot of restaurants and other stores. Lots of extras for the kids like the water slides, miniature golf and zip line all included with your stay on the property. Friendly hotel staff.

It looks outdated and dirty. Breakfast was not the best either.

My youngest and we like the mini golf area and it was included in the stay. Customer service front desk was really nice.

The staff at the front was not that helpful , breakfast was over crowded and if you need pool towels they charge you $10 per towel until you return them

Perhaps another waffle maker would go a long way. Our room had a weird smell. It was musty or mildewy. We were only there for a night so it was fine was us.

We only stayed for a night. The location was great, we were close to the parks. The breakfast was good, but it was very busy. We didn’t use any of the amenities so I can’t speak for that.

The place needs a real tidy up and a paint! If you’re from the UK it’s a bit like a Travelodge in London. The breakfast, very very busy!! Little choice and you eat off of tiny tiny plastic knifes and forks and small cardboard plates! The coffee is awful!! However, it is free!!

Parking fee and damage/deposit.

Room was large, clean, spacious and seemed soundproof. Very large and clean restroom. We had 2 t.v.'s in the room. Free breakfast but I'd wake up early to make sure you were able to get some as the lobby was crowded. The guy with dark curly hair was awesome. He provided excellent customer service.

Lots of options to chose from for breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles, bread, and more available. I would recommend getting up early for this if you want to skip the crowd. Room and bathroom was large. 2 t.v.'s in the room was nice and the ac kept the room nice and cold. Elevators were fast and roomy. Staff was excellent!!!

The free shuttles to Disney World were one of the reasons I selected this hotel but ended up being completely unusable since they only run once per morning and once per night (after 9pm). We ended up having to use Lyft and Uber every single day which added a lot of cost. Would rather have spent that money on a closer hotel.

The pools and bar were the best. The movie by the pool was fun. Breakfast was great. Coin laundry was convenient.

Room 221 has a musky smell. It's bad. When the ac is on continuously it helps a lot. Only bad thing I can say.

It was very noisy at night. There is no clear policy about noisy kids playing in the hall ways at night.

Room was a little musty smelling so we bought and used some air freshner for the first couple of days. On the third day, a scheduled carpet deep cleaning was done and we didn't have to use the air freshner again.
