The pillows were lumpy and the bed was too soft. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken. The hallway wasn’t vacuumed. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the 2nd day of our stay. The shower had some mold in the corners.

The dumpster is behind the building. I was at the end of the 2nd floor. I got awake by 3:30 a.m by the rattleing of the dumpster when the truck has to pick up the garbage. Why the trash needs to be picked up by the time guests are resting? The titles of the pool above the water lever looked dirty.

I went for school, so the location was very convenient to go there. Also it has restaurants just around the corner of the building, and stores close to it. I stayed for a week, so it was excellent that the room has a meal prep station with a long counter top and a sink. My room was big enough, it was super clean, and the distribution of it was comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Coffee station available 24/7.

The room was okay as far as the look. But the room and the hall had an unpleasant ODOR. Really unpleasant. We stayed July 27- August 1. Thursday and Friday night was awful. A motorcycle gang came and was parked right outside our window. Loud noise and music. They lined coolers on the sidewalk then they sit on them talking and hollering extremely loud. motorcycles constantly running

bed was way too soft and hard to get out of, as a disabled person. Also, not enough electrical outlets convenient to the bed. Room lights were too dim. Also would have preferred an on-property coffee shop or restaurant.

The breakfast was just so. It lacked variety. The same thing each day. We stayed an entire week. Otherwise the breakfast would have been fine.

Room was comfortable. Televisions had issues. Screens were blue and dark. One was replaced. One TV was unable to log into streaming services. Front desk was nice. Breakfast on Sunday was horrendous. Not enough food and the attendant was not going fast enough to accommodate. Waffle machine was placed in the wrong area which then blocked the toaster. Biscuits were hard as rocks. Coffee was terrible. Pool was very cold and when we booked we thought the swim through would be open, but it wasn't even cleaned and a clear partition was blocking to outside. Pool should have been heated. No hot tub. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast area seating could use a good cleaning. Pillows and cloth partitions were filthy. Need to be Bissell cleaned. You can see the dirt on the pillows and sweat on cloth backs.

The beds were very uncomfortable, we had to fix the lock on our bathroom door, and there were ants in the room that we called about twice with no service.
