We did not have our room straightened each day, which was fine. But we were not left with enough towels and other items to get us through to the next housekeeping day. Our last night at the hotel there was a wedding. The music was loud and went until a little beyond 10pm. We had an early flight the next morning and found it difficult to get.to sleep.

The staff.was extremely accommodating. The breakfast was great along with the staff that helped with the meal. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening.

My inky comment is up one check in we should have been told there is cleaning service every other day. When you expect it every day, you expect the towels to be picked up. I would have made my bed perfectly and ordered extra towels on the off days.

Really nothing, it was a bummer that the night we stayed the little bar downstairs was closed, but that was because someone called in, not the hotels fault

We loved the pool area, it was relaxing and large with great seating options. The room was clean and spacious as well. All The staff from check in, check out and any working the premises were friendly and courteous. Having a breakfast in the morning was also nice

Bad breakfast. People, who said it’s good- maybe, you didn’t eat good breakfasts? Cold, didn’t taste good, poor quality. Disposable tableware. That was ok, but definitely not good. Not comfortable sofa to sleep on.

I requested a late checkout to spend more time at the pool. It was granted, but when we returned to the room my key didn't work. I had to walk all the way back to the front desk to get the key activated again. That was inconvenient. One other thing, $7.00 for an ice cream bar??? I made the mistake of not asking how much it cost when he charged it to my room. That is excessive!

Breakfast was decent. I liked the outdoor fire pit and the hot tub. The location wasn't too far from Napa.

Beautiful building but some of the furnitures in the room was outdated but who cares they have a beautiful heated swimming pool . The breakfast had a lot selections just wished they had more fruit options. One can seat outside and overlooking the manicured garden view while enjoying breakfast.

It being called a suite was not what was expected we had 3 adults, and a sofa/trundle bed did not work for people with back issues. We had to rent another room at additional cost. The inconvenience when traveling for 5 hours was beyond our expectations. What was a total surprise is the second room was cheaper than the room booked with Booking.com.

There is an unpleasant outdoor odor (not emanating from the hotel but in the air). Distance from downtown without an option for a shuttle.
