We had a room that had two beds and a fold out couch. They was only one TV to share between the three and the layout was not very great. Didn’t give enough towels had to request for more the whole visit.

The elevator was broken going to the 2nd floor which is where my room was. Anytime I wanted to come from the 2nd floor to the ground floor, I had to call the front desk or walk down the stairs. It was inconvenient. My bed was a little worn as well. I slept decently but that was one thing I was really looking forward to, the bed.

The property is in a great area. Lots to eat and do in the area.

We were in a pet friendly room, but it really smelled of cat. The breakfast was disappointing because the waffle makers were out of service. The bagel I had was stale. We ended up going out for breakfast.

The location was great. Staff were welcoming and kind. The facility was very clean.

My only advice would be to have more fruit options for breakfast. I didn't like the large bathroom mirror in front of the king bed.

My room #513 had a very strong, unpleasant odor that almost caused a burning sensation in my nose and throat every time I first opened the door. It was a mixture of harsh bleach chemicals, musky gym man, and pet urine. If I ran the AC very cold it would help circulate the air and mask the odor.

Close to lots of dining options and shopping. My room and surrounding areas felt clean and comfortable. Property was quiet. Free hot breakfast options rotated daily to allow variety. Friendly staff and easy check in.

Pool was closed due to an earlier "accident" from a younger guest. (It happens! Just bad timing. 😥) No pillows and sheets for the sofa bed. Went down to the front desk and there were no pillows available.

Breakfast was excellent. Beautiful hotel, facilities and grounds. Room size was perfect for my family of 6. Overlooked pool and my vehicle. Very clean. Staff was super friendly. 24/7 coffee!

Everything was excellent only thing was there were no pool towels and we had to use our room towels and didn't have enough face rags in our room and they were out downstairs..... Location was excellent short drive and walk to different restaurants

There was a clump of hair on the side of the bed which kept me up at night because all I could think about was that they didn’t change the sheets. When I finally fell asleep I woke up at 4am, a few hours later. The couch was nasty, I didn’t even sit on it. The rating on breakfast was exceptional so we were looking forward to that. The breakfast was no where near exceptional. Selection was minimal. I booked a hotel previously for cheaper that was comparable and cheaper, I will be going back to that hotel in the future. I was looking for something that cost more but was nicer and this wasn’t it.

Good location, friendly staff. The mattress and pillow were very comfortable. I requested a shower that did not have a bathtub and the staff complied which I appreciate. I felt safe at the hotel, although the sounds from the elevator were scary. The complimentary water came in handy. The room darkening curtains were amazing because there was a light on outside my window all night.

We would have preferred to have a second tv so that people could see it easily from the pull-out and the regular side of the room. I'd also add a few more machines/weights to your fitness room. And the breakfast was fairly minimal. Maybe add some cut fresh fruit and yogurt.

We loved the easy access to downtown Jacksonville and the walkability to a variety of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a good hotel for the price and we'd definitely stay again!
