The pool area could use a bit of love but such a nice touch with having towels down there already.

The only complaint I can think of would be, the fitness room - the elliptical was out of order along with 1 of the 3 treadmills but those things tend to happen in a hotel. It was very clean though which as nice!

The pool was very very small compared to the pictures on line and it was cloudy and green which was very unfortunate as our littles love to swim in pools when we visit hotels.

Lack of staff made the pool needed to be cleaned several times, lack of keys forced us to use the app, and breakfast ended early due to lack of food.

Soap Dispenser height, were hung ridiculously high, how are people supposed to reach them, I took them down for my comfort and safey so much paper goods, trash for breakfast, would have preferred more fresh fruit for breakfast and disappointed to use so much disposable paper goods, for breakfast, better than plastic. enjoyed the patio, disappointed that the pool was so small and there was no hot tub.

The AC unit wasn’t as user friendly as I had hoped, so we had to ask the lady at the front desk to help us.

I enjoyed the breakfast options; I really liked the texture of the eggs that were served. Unfortunately there wasn’t any sausage, home fries or biscuits and gravy, but maybe I just wasn’t there on the right day, lol.

We went to the pool area shortly after it opened. The door still had the "closed" sign up but we could enter with our key. We checked with the front desk staff just to confirm it was open before we entered. There was a bunch of trash presumably left over from the evening before. We alerted the front desk staff, and they cleaned it quickly. The water also looked a little murky so we were a bit nervous to get in but we didn't get a rash or anything so it was probably fine!

Staff was very nice, the room was roomy and clean and nicely updated. Beds were comfortable. They had a good selection of snacks which we appreciated after getting in late after a road trip! The breakfast was also great - good variety and food was tasty!

The breakfast was horrible all but the eggs and bacon we had on our 1st morning and the cereal... the sausage and biscuits etc were not fully cooked and not kid friendly choices

How friendly and helpful the staff were, the rooms were clean, and they accommodated my special needs child very well 😀
