Had a 9 night stay here for events in the area. Great location off the interstate. Lots of food options and shopping nearby. Great parking facilities. The included breakfast was fantastic to start the day and a real bonus.

The bed was a bit too firm for my taste and the Internet portion of the t.v. could have had more channels added

Elevators were shaky and bumpy making for some nervous rides up and down. Disappointed in the breakfast. Breakfast was pretty basic and unimpressive. Options for bagels, muffins, oatmeal, grits, eggs, sausage, waffles. There were plenty of options for oatmeal toppings but not many hot food options.

The location was perfect and a good value for our travel, it was a last minute stop. There was plenty of fast food, coffee and gas stations nearby. We stayed in a family suite and it was comfortable for 5 of us to move around in. Room was clean and well layed out. Bonus, we were able to fill our water bottles from the filtered water in the exercise room.

Everything was great except on the morning of check out we saw a small cockroach in the bathroom. And no, it wasn’t a palmetto bug, I’ve lived in Florida my whole life and know the difference.

The customer service was great, very attentive. They even called us after settling in to ensure everything was ok, which is unheard of nowadays. My only complaint is the guy who helped us check-in said the county we live in is “trashy”. Flagler county is known to be a very good county so I think that was uncalled for. And even if it was, that’s not the way to make a customer feel welcomed. Specially since we weren’t even the ones who started the conversation, he saw our address on our driver’s license during check in. I thought it was a bit rude.

Spent literally 10-15 mins waiting at the front desk (empty) while the agent was helping a customer at some remote location. Finally get to the room and the A/C wasn’t working which create a humid heavy temperature. Finally left the room cause could not sleep and went back on the road. Would have preferred a different experience

The rooms are not at all soundproof. Voices from adjoining rooms and the hallway and footsteps in above room were very loud.

Breakfast was good. The room was large and clean. Very nice. Fast checkin, pleasant desk clerks.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were there to to visit UF and the hotel fit our needs perfectly. The room was clean, bed comfy, hotel staff good and location was great. Also the price was good

Very clean and well appointed hotel! Spacious rooms, exceptionally friendly staff, comfortable beds (being on the road for a couple days-this bed was a blessing!) and very nice breakfast with vegetarian/vegan AND gluten free options! (Not things I’m concerned about, but super nice for that lifestyle choice) 👍🏼😃. We did not use the pool, but it was clean and well tended. off I-75. Some road noise, but the convenience for travel and lots of food choices nearby made up for that minor detail.

Very clean, big rooms in a great location. Great hot breakfast: eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, oatmeal/grits with toppings, bagels, muffins, yogurt and drinks. Hot tasty coffee. Small gym and pool. Best of all: Friendly & helpful staff!

Pool and breakfast great. It was great except I had a bad experience with a rude employee named Marlene. Tara, on the other hand, was excellent!!! So were the breakfast ladies. They were so sweet. Towels were non existent for the pool and took hours to arrive to our room as well.
