Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesTwo very minor things- the tv was awkward being directly in front of one bed and required tilting it so the second bed could see it. I think it would have been better if it was hung on the wall that slants in front of the other bed, then it is naturally pointed where people on both beds can see. The eggs at breakfast were super dry, but I'm sure that's not the norm.
Staff were great, everything was clean and well maintained. Walking distance to Dickies Arena.

United StatesWe seem to get a room facing the highway every time we stay there. There isn't a lot to do in the immediate area. There is one restaurant across the street. Everything else is a car ride away. Also, the AC always seems to cut off at night.
The location is great for us. We stay at this hotel and take a Lyft to Dickie's.

The location was wonderful. The gentleman at check in was so sweet. He kept me company while my husband went and parked our car. He offered several suggestions to visit as we aren't local. Our bed was comfortable, and the facilities were very nice. The breakfast was also great. We'd definitely stay here again.

United StatesI didn't like that we had to pay for parking at the hotel when the hotel price was already over $250. To add an additional $15 seemed unnecessary. There was a very small parking lot in the front of the hotel however it was always full.
The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The location of this hotel was perfect as we were able to get to each of our events within a few minutes of driving.

United StatesThe room ac was a little fickle, but it didn't hinder the start from being enjoyable. Also, the shower doors are gorgeous, but would roll open and I felt bad for getting water all over the bathroom floor.
I don't eat dairy so loved the breakfast bar with all the add in choices for oatmeal!! Usually I only have 2 options so this was a real treat. Also, I thought it was awesome to see staff that showed this hotel is an EOE employer!! Very cool and hats off to the check in team, yall rocked!!!
