How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Key card to enter the kept not working and we have to pay an extra 20 for parking 🅿️ I thought it was free
Pool was really clean breakfast was good and staff was great 😊 right across the street from sesame street.

The breakfast was same every morning. Not much kids would eat, being a lot of kids stay there for sesame place.
Location was perfect, easy to walk right over to sesame place.

Unsupervised pool, teenagers running and jumping in the pool, wasn’t safe for small kids, we had 3 toddlers with us and 20.00 a day parking isn’t fair it should be included in hotel prices. Next time I will pay the extra hundred to stay at the Sheraton for the same price after paying for your parking fee.

Paying for parking is crazy unless you are downtown in a major city, which this hotel is NOT! Also, on our first morning, housekeeping JUST WALKED IN WITHOUT KNOCKING OR APOLOGIZING!! When we left, she was in the hall and looked us in our faces and said NOTHING!! UNACCEPTABLE

Charge for parking. It was not expected when I registered online. Never stayed at a hotel that charged to park in their lot.

The staff has no idea how much is the incidental every employee gives me different rate ist $50 or $20 no body knows. When they have no explanation they said they charged me for tax !! I paid the tax already when i booked through booking.com why do they charge me again. They act very serious when you start questioning for reasons.

I had two rooms and was not made aware that I had to have another adult check in for one of the rooms. The staff understood and allowed me to check in both rooms. So the issue was resolved with no problem at all.
The location was great. Breakfast was really good. Staff was friendly and accommodating

For a hotel so big I found the indoor pool a little small. There were three families there and it was totally crowded.

Couldn't adjust the room air/heater. Hotmtun was not very warm. Barely like warm and I always stay at a place for the hot tub. I actually got cold in the hot tub. But everything else was great!

The TV has limited channels to watch. No spanish channels for the non speaking english even for us fully bilingual sometimes like to watch spanish news. Otherwise has no other complaints .
Very convenience for Sesame Place visit. Walking distance. Friendly staff.

Breakfast area could use another off the side space, needs to accommodate more people. Very crowded space and while already crowded a lot of staff in the way and doing not necessary things, like topping off milk when only 1/4 gone. Stacking and refilling bowls that are not close to gone. Definitely could have been wiping lobby tables when empty before doing other tasks. Absolutely my only complaint regarding this stay.
Check-in was a breeze. The front desk staff was amazing, very friendly. Gave us a parking pass right away, while checking our room status. Room was clean.

Pool was tiny. Sink in the room was so high and hard for kids to reach. Breakfast could have been more kids friendly.
Walking distance to Sesame Place Amusement Park. Had breakfast buffet daily. Really good, caring staff.

I wish the tundral bed had been made by the staff. Instead, we had to make it up ourselves. The water pressure wasn't great.
It was very close to the Sesame Place park so we could walk. Close to restaurants. It was clean and comfortable
