I checked out on 9/1 at 11 am on the dot. I received a call on 9/2 from the manager asking if I wanted to stay another night, which seemed odd but I just said no because I was at work. I am then charged a day for 9/2. Remember, I left on 9/1 at 11. When I called back about the charge I was told she called the room because housekeeping reported I was still there the morning of 9/2 after 11. So they charged my card. I only paid for 8/29 to 9/1. I’m awaiting a call back but this is a scattered process. I realize things can happen over a holiday weekend. However, I shouldn’t have to spend time proving I have been back in GA for a day. Waste of my time.

This is a beautiful property with great amenities and extremely quiet for being in Panama City.

The elevators are really busy. The hotel needs to add benches outside of them because the wait can be very very long. Also they need to change we the breakfast daily. Eggs and sausagepatties wwere old. Bacon, quiche, pancakes and definitelyfriut..

The staff was great rebooking my reservation. I had a death in the family and has to rebook. So many staff members help me. Austin at the front desk, Marco at the front desk. Estelle at the pool bar, Katie in the restaurant, Lauren,Jersey, Leo in Kelly's, Rita in Housekeeping. They were so helpful

When we got off the elevator on the 14th floor it smelled sour, like nasty carpet. I'm thankful our room didn't smell. The carpet really needs replaced in the halls or at least steam cleaned periodically.

A great variety for breakfast, very clean and staff was wonderful. Front desk staff was wonderful as well and very attentive. The room was as described and spacious . The large windows everywhere were amazing for the views!

the breakfast could have been a bit better, flavor wise (i’m vegetarian, so i only had waffles w/ strawberry compote, eggs, bagels, & toast with some juice). also, for a hotel that size, they definitely should invest in more than just 4 waffle makers, so there’s not a long waffle line that takes 20 minutes to go through. also, the TV was NOT directly in front of the bed. if was far off on the other side of the room, which made it very uncomfortable to watch TV at night. but then again, that could’ve only been my 2 rooms (both on 13th floor).

in my experience, everything about the property was AMAZING. the gym, pool, hot tub, beach access, layout of the lobby, amenities, everything was easily acceptable, & my beachfront view room was EXCEPTIONAL. 13th floor, beautiful view.

We had a room with a wet-room style bathroom. While spacious and very accessible, I am glad I did not need to use the shower seat, as it did not appear to be very-well maintained or clean. I noticed a ball of hair and mildew on the grout of the far end of the shower (under the seat), which was very surprising (considering how clean everything else was).

The location was wonderful (beachfront and within 5-10 minutes of restaurants, pier park, and other attractions). The hotel itself is wonderfully taken care of and updated. The restaurant in the hotel had delicious dinner!

I don’t like the fact that I had to pay $24 dollars after paying $247 to park. It should have been included.

The staff was amazing! The hotel was clean, and beautiful! The view of the ocean was breathtaking at the lobby and from my room. The pool and bar were fun!

The elevators were soooo slow. It took me 15 minutes to get an elevator upon departure. This is ridiculous. They were either full or bypassed my floor completely. It would show it was going to stop then it would read call locked & clear the down button. I finally caught one going up so I could go down. I was on the 5th floor!!! I am not able to stand for any length of time so this was very difficult for me. I also requested a shower only when I made the reservation & verified it upon check in and was told the room had only a shower BUT my room had a bathtub. Not good for an elderly person who can’t step over the side of a tub.

Wait for elevator could be long and we were there late in the season. No table and chairs made it hard to eat in the room. The fridge being only on for 2 hours for quick cooling was annoying.

Location was excellent. Away from the hustle but close enough to get there quickly. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was a good variety. Beach was beautiful and clean. Shower was always hot. Beautiful view from our balcony. Overall, great vacation. Will stay again.

We spent a lot of time waiting for elevators. A hotel this size should really have twice the elevators!

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was the best we've ever had. I would stay here again mostly for the swimming pool with the lazy river. This is the first beach vacation we actually spent more time at the pool than the beach.
