Our room could have been a little cleaner. When I pulled out the sofa bed, a lot of rubbish and chips were inside the bed.

The room was clean and roomy, as with other Springhill Suites we have stayed at. A few minor things needed to be fixed: the lighted mirror (the bulb was burned out) and the toilet paper hanger, which was loose.

The pool was closed and their was no ice. The pillows were way to soft felt as though I didn't have any pillows. Breakfast was the same exact thing the 6 days we were their. And parking is 25 dollars a day.

The location was perfect for universal studios and Warner Brothers tour and food well just about everthing. I gave high stars for the how clean and good the location was and convince.

My bed was very very hard. I did not sleep well.

Breakfast was good, but would have wanted the option of regular bacon in addition to the turkey bacon they had.

Breakfast was bad. They didn’t service our room - restock coffee - take out trash - bring towels - etc. I had to call for clean towels. On the 3rd day they came to service our room at 4pm but still didn’t restock coffee. Kind of disappointed to pay that much for a room for 3 nights without housekeeping service.

The breakfast was pretty boring, and both the turkey sausage and bacon were not something I could eat. Tough and flavorless. I appreciate the effort for health choices but the product was not good.

The staff was so friendly and helpful with our check in. The bar tender was also very knowledge and friendly.

Limited parking

This is our third time coming to this hotel and it has always been pleasant. From the lobby to our room the hotel feels great. Have always enjoyed the room set up and how spacious the room is

Breakfast was poor, choices very limited needs to be upgraded, no butter, had to ask for plates, tables weren't clean, no fruit , finishing at 9 am is a little early on vacation. Bar menu wasn't great as only small choices.

We liked everything but at times the lifts were a bit slow. Not a complaint just an observation.

The location is absolutely perfect for visiting Universal and the surrounding attractions. Good sized rooms and a tasty breakfast.

I probably should have booked a bigger room for the four of us as my daughter, who relocated for an internship, was visiting often. Not sure if that was an option other than booking a second room.

The hotel was clean and efficiently run. Even though it was to capacity, it was quiet and calm. The staff couldn't be nicer and always well informed to help us out with questions about the Burbank/LA area.

Room was stinky upon entrance. Really should make the rooms smell like the lobby. Timer lights by bbq still broken after 1 year. Pool towels were not available often. Breakfast food always the same and potatoes either way undercooked or soggy.

Good size room, convenient bbq by pool, location is perfect to walk downtown. Lobby smells wonderful.

There was a slight smell in the room—not terrible, but it could have been better. Additionally, a bright light from outside streamed in, as the curtains didn't fully cover the window. Those who prefer to sleep in complete darkness might find this bothersome.

The location is in a quiet neighborhood with convenient parking. The room is spacious.
