although the pillows were wonderful, I woke up with a backache I believe from the mattress

it was clean. It had a decent breakfast and good coffee. I also really liked the pillows.

Breakfast was good, just not many choices. They had the normal cereals, fruits, and bagels. The hot food was eggs and sausage. Wished their would have been a few more options but what was there was good.

Could have been cleaner, majority of staff were not very friendly, would almost act as if you weren’t there and continue speaking to coworkers before acknowledging you, shower needed to be cleaner, pool area was also not very nice, seemed like everyone staying at hotel was on main floor and it was a bit noisy all day and decently late.

We rented the hotel for the pool hot tub free breakfast and large rooms. Pool was busy so it was a little to dirty for my liking. Towels were always well kept. Hot tub jets still aren't working that is sad bc I booked this hotel bc it has a hot tub. Rooms were decent ..only complaint was the trundle bed looked as if it had pee stains and they forgot to clean under it. Cheap mattress so replace the pee stain ones. Breakfast never had hot coffee and the one skinny middle aged girl was so damn Rude. Like I wish I could of slapped her. Not only rude to me rude to others. I would like to file a actual complaint on her. Get a new job . The man who manages was awesome . The staff I passed cleaning rooms were always friendly. Ice machine was broke down on second floor the whole time Workout room was minimal and one machine down I swear the last time I was there it was broke. Let's fix these issues Specially the hot tub this is my second visit fix the jets or pro rate the room. I could have picked a different hotel if I would have known. I cannot stress how horrible the breakfast lady was. McDonald's is hiring rude kitchen help go there she was the girl working Thursday and Saturday the 29th . Also I overheard another person complaining about ur rude help and they said she had a migraine like as if that's a good reason .

The bed. The lighting in the bathroom was way too bright!

Everything was great but the bed was not so good. It seemed to slant toward the foot. Really liked the design and use of the space. High end design and no awful pictures on the wall.
