Honestly, I have no complaints. It was clean and the staff was welcoming.

This is a great hotel if you need a reasonably priced option in the Frederick area. Our flight was delayed and the manager was so warm and welcoming. The room layouts are great, especially if you need to work. The separate little seating area is nice if you have more than one person in the room. Bathrooms are big enough for two people to function as well. There is a large Sheetz in front of the hotel and the hotel has a nice little pantry in the lobby including some beer/wine and microwave meals.

Confusing security measures with the elevator. TV in fitness room had no instructions and couldn’t get it to work. No Nautilus type devices for bench press lat pull-downs, rowing, etc.

Location: Sheets convenience store nearby. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of breakfast options.

Wish you could sit on the rooftop area even when the bar isn't open. We had family stop by to visit and it would have been so much nicer if we could have relaxed on the rooftop. Breakfast would be great until 10am for us who like to sleep in a little.

The breakfast was exceptional! The rooftop bar was such a nice relaxing area. I loved the security of the elevators and other doors in the building. It was also a very convenient location from downtown Frederick and all the the businesses everyone loves, Sheetz, Starbucks, and McDonald's! The rooms are awesome, love the trundle and the bathroom!

I was very disappointed that the rooftop bar was not open when we stayed there. Apparently it is closed on certain days. This should be on your website because that was one of the many reasons I booked this hotel. After a long drive with a five year old and with your parents, a glass of wine would be nice…especially with the views the hotel has!

Not much, I used the gym room which wasn't air conditioned, I could not figure out how to get the room cool.

My husband and I really enjoyed our one night stay at the SpringHill Suites. The hotel is modern, well kept, rooms are large and comfortable, the location is very good: near the highway but quiet enough, right next to a gas station and convenience store, and 3 miles from Frederick's historic area. Staff was very pleasant, there was a rooftop bar open that night. Price was very good.

Everything was great, except for not telling us that we needed to use our room key to operate the elevator!

The room and bed were quite comfortable. Breakfast was marvelous. Everything seemed quite new and clean. The unusual layout of the room was actually quite inspired, resulting in an compact but highly usable suite.

Only thing is I didn't find the.mini fridge at first . It was cleverly behind a door under the microwave. So can't really think of anything

The front desk ppl were excellent. The breakfast was really good. A lot of choices for every lifestyle. They even had little things of almond milk. The beds were like sleeping on puffy clouds. The rooms were very clean. I loved that they had shampoo, conditioner and body wash all ready to go right on the shower wall. It was safe you needed your key even to use the elevator. We didn't use the gym or pool but it looked very clean. Highly recommend. Oh and a sheetz right there next door

The first stay was very good; the second stay was marred by two minor incidents. The hot water in the shower was fine but only cool in the sink. The other one was that we asked for a room next to the elevator and they gave us on at the opposite end.

We thought that the breakfast was good, and the location was very good, right off the expressway and next to a gas station.

Room was louder than expected. We could hear TV in neighbouring rooms and parking lot/street noise.
